Friendly but unsure of skills
The staff are very friendly. I’ve been twice and first time sonographer said i have a cyst. Second time that cyst was then a fibroid and she found another cyst. I didn’t feel confident in her knowledge. But generally they are kind and sweet. You also can’t hear the heartbeat. She said that it can “shock” the baby. Which didn’t sound right.

We attended the Hayes branch.
We had a wonderful experience at the clinic. The lady on reception and the sonographer who conducted our scan (I believe her name was Goldie) were both absolutely amazing—so warm, friendly, and welcoming.
We went for the 4D and health package, and the scan was incredibly detailed. Everything was explained to us clearly, and plenty of time was taken to go through each part, which really put us at ease.
Our baby wasn’t playing along and decided to hide that day, but the sonographer was so patient. She took her time, sent us away, and made sure we still had the best possible experience.
Overall, the whole experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
