Experience here was great sonography tried her hardest to get our baby to engage with us as she was facing down and finally got some great photos finally would recommend this place ❤️

A lovely warm welcome of the lady on reception,very private we were the only ones in the whole place. The lady who did my scan couldn’t of been more reassuring and kind, it was a lovely experience and would definitely recommend and we will be back for our gender scan. Great price, affordable scan pictures, lovely gifts available.

Yesterday was very bitter sweet scan, as it was for family member who become terminal quite quickly and wanted to know the baby’s gender before she passed. We didn’t make it in time to tell her the news but Hey Baby, gave us amazing support Whislt there and through the scan. The sonographer and the guy behind the counter were lovely
And couldn’t recommend the scan enough. It was just our personal experiences. Thank you so much for your help and support on this difficult appointment.

It was an okay experience, greeting from reception was okay and the scan was fine. There was no small talk the sonographer only said a few words and the gender scan was over within 10 minutes. Didn’t get any good photos because she took more photos of the gender than the baby and we were keeping it a surprise which she new so only had one photo and one we had to hide until the reveal. It should have been an exciting appointment as my first born was seeing his sibling but the mood was just meh.
I had a great experience my previous pregnancy but this time I left feeling a little disappointed and don’t really want to return.
There was still time within our appointment to get some more photos and there was no one waiting after, for the price of the scan it all felt rushed and not very welcoming.

Another amazing experience in Radcliffe! We booked again but this time for a 4D scan with Smitha. Super friendly staff, Smitha is an absolute credit to the team at Heybaby, she took so much time and effort with us to give us the best experience and its highly appreciated. It's just a shame this was our last scan here until our baby arrives! Would highly recommend their services.

All staff were so lovely and friendly. We struggled for good images so were asked to go for a walk and try again. The Sonographer took their time and tried for some perfect photos which we did eventually get. So happy we booked at HeyBaby. Thank you!

The receptionist was lovely and having the scan reassured us and the lady who did the scan was amazing she was so lovely and made us feel so much better about it all I would 100% recommend going

attended Hey Baby RADCLIFFE for a reassurance scan a few days before our 12 nhs week scan due to my anxieties (previous miscarriages and this being an ivf pregnancy) .

Hey Baby told us everything fine "all looks great", left feeling so happy- started telling family and friends our news. attended nhs scan thinking all ok- was picked up almost instantly by the sonographer serious fetal abnormalities (limb issues and large cyst area in abdominal area / blood clot) which resulted in us being referred to fetal medicine at st mary and eventually devastatingly a medical termination of pregnancy due to fetal abnormalities.

the outcome would have been the same no matter what - but getting excited telling people our news due to this scans reassurances to then a few days later have to tell the same people our devasting news was just another cruel experience for us to go through. These fetal abnormalities did not appear in a matter of days.

We booked a reassurance scan an Hey Baby, Radcliffe at 10 weeks. After an early miscarriage a few months ago, we were extremely anxious. The sonographer, Emma, was friendly and patient and couldn’t have done more to put us at ease, reassure us and give us the most wonderful, memorable experience. She was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. We would definitely book again and hope to be back soon. Thank you so much!

Honestly, couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received today at the Radcliffe Hey Baby Clinic! Staff are warm and welcoming and the sonographer is professional yet friendly and makes you feel at ease! This was such a special experience for us as a family! Great value for money and we couldn’t recommend more! Don’t hesitate just book!

Absolute perfect care from start to finish ❤️ the guy on reception was fantastic will a lovely manner.. felt very well looked after.. scan was very in depth and got talked through the whole of the baby.. amazing place for a scan and perfect for a secret gender scan and great products to choose from 😃

Amazing experience today. Felt welcome from the moment we walked through the door. The scan was very thorough and we were given a detailed report which I thought was amazing. So many lovely images of our boy.

Just returned from our early reassurance scan and oh my, what a fantastic place! Lovely, lovely people. Emma the sonographer could not have been more welcoming or friendlier. She shared our excitement and was reassuring and completely thorough. I left feeling totally taken care of and extremely excited to meet our baby. The set up is fantastic with screens around the room for all family members to see and the scans are so detailed and clear. I hands down recommend Hey Baby and won’t hesitate to go again.

Went last night for a gender scan booking a same day appointment, allowed the kids in and was amazing.

I went for my scan today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. However, I must give special recognition to Miss Smitha, the sonographer. She went above and beyond to ensure I was at ease. She was extremely polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail, step by step, which I truly appreciated. Her expertise and kindness made the whole experience even better. A big thank you to her and the entire team!

Friendly staff, Sonographer explained procedure and findings well. Serene environment
