I like the process where you provided…
I like the process where you provided the developer with the original requirements and then the customer can interact with the developer if things are not done according with what the original requirements say. it's convenient and easier and cut down the time when the customer directly communicating with the developer.
That is what I like the most. Very nice set-up.
However, the last time I was quoted for 6 days for my project, which i thought was a bit too long for the simple changes that I submitted for the price that I was quoted. I would have done it if it was 4 days or a lower price for 6 days.

Totally incompetent broke my store! Lost money!
I have given them nothing but simple tasks and EVERY time they create numerous new bugs, and then can't understand what I am asking (very simple) and can't fix them. My shopping cart has been out of order for 3 months now as they fumble and bumble. I am beyond frustrated. They have caused me to lose a TON of revenue!

Avoid
Avoid. They just aren't very good. I've had to have all their projects corrected by better developers. The latest project they finished on 22nd August, I found errors in it and they refuse to correct on the basis it was a revision of poor quality work they'd previously done. Realistically all it was was them implementing code they'd pre designed, so it wasn't even custom code, and they still charged me for 3 or 4 hours work. Just never again with these lot. Try asking questions on forums and meeting freelancers with real talent.
I agree with a lot of the other negative reviews about speed and delays. I can't imagine the good reviews refer to anything but extremely basic work.
There's no development cycle involved, no testing of work etc. For the price you'd expect to get that, but the onus is squarely on the buyer to thoroughly test and review the code.
