Fast and reliable process! I could figure out the banner coding myself but heycarson saved the day thank you!

I entrusted Carson with a list of tasks for which they estimated 10 hours of work and charged me beforehand. They promised a "turnaround" of 10 business days. A few hours before the end of the turnaround deadline, a developer contacted me for the first time. The nature of his general inquiry (which version of the theme he should work on) suggests that he had never taken a closer look at the project before. At the time of writing this review (4 days later), there is still no progress on the project. When pressing for more details and a concrete timeline, I am being put off with vague statements: "We're still working on the changes, however, due to the complexity of the project. (sic) We would, unfortunately, need some additional time in order to make sure our implementation is to your liking. We will keep you updated."
I have worked with several Shopify Experts in the past, and the experience has always been smooth and satisfactory. Maybe I just had bad luck to be paired with a slow developer, but the Carson prices are not cheap and they use developers in low wage countries. The least I would have expected is to have project monitoring by customer service.
I would definitely advise anyone to only work with a company that invoices after delivery of the project.

I needed some code snippets installed on my website to use a third-party app - something definitely outside of my skill set. The Carson developer assigned to my task was great, the work was explained to me in a way that I understood - website and coding is not my language - and the task was completed very quickly. Carson was available to help when the developers of the third-party app I wanted to install on website couldn't / wouldn't offer installation support! I'm very glad to have found Carson!
