A lot of timed out surveys and the games insensitives are so tiny

The withdrawal process is highly deceptive. The app automatically processes rewards as Virtual Visa cards without any final confirmation screen or warning. It does not clarify that this is not a direct bank transfer. Once the transaction is triggered, there is no option to cancel or undo it. This is a clear example of poor transparency and misleading user interface regarding people's money. I do not recommend this app if you are looking for clear payment methods

Usually I rate my experience very highly of this app, it's never let me down. But I just spent the last of my extra money in goodville:farm game adventure via hey cash. Because the description says I'd get more money back spending within the game. I spend exactly how much it says now I'm less then a penny short so I lost my money because the app doesn't offer anything for so little. Beyond irritated. Think I'm going to move into different earning/survey app.

Non-Payment for Completed Campaigns

Although I fully completed all requirements of the high-reward campaigns I joined on HeyCash, no payment has been made to me. Screenshots and all evidence related to these campaigns are attached.

Failing to provide the promised rewards is clearly misleading to users.

I demand that the payments be transferred to my account immediately. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer authorities and complaint channels.

I’ve been using HeyCash for a while now, and when offers track correctly, the platform can be good. However, when something goes wrong, the support experience is extremely poor.

My most recent issue was with a PotterSlots Casino offer, where I had to spend over £36 to complete the required steps. I completed the offer fully within the timeframe, but the reward never credited.

I contacted support and over the course of two days was repeatedly asked to provide screenshots and evidence. I supplied everything requested, multiple times, clearly showing that I had followed all of the offer requirements.

After all of this, the final response I received was simply that “tracking has failed” and nothing could be done, with no meaningful investigation or resolution.

What I find most frustrating is that if the issue was always going to be “tracking failure,” why was I asked to spend hours gathering and resubmitting evidence? It feels like a pointless process that wastes users’ time rather than genuinely trying to resolve the issue.

This is also not the first time I’ve experienced tracking problems with HeyCash offers, which makes it very difficult to trust the platform - especially when real money is required upfront.

From a user perspective, there is too much risk. You can follow every step correctly, spend your own money, and still not be rewarded, with no proper resolution.

I strongly believe HeyCash need to review the quality and reliability of the partners they work with, as well as how they handle failed tracking cases. Until that improves, I would be very cautious about completing any paid offers on this platform.

After you get to where rewards are actually paying good $15+ then it stops tracking the app and all heycash says is start a new offer! Like wtf!! This has happened on every game I've played but one. So 1 out of 7 didn't stop tracking. Was awesome at first but went to garbage real quick

Don’t spend too much time on this app everything starts ok of course it’s too good to be true. I cashed out three small payments that equal up to $30 then I spent money on an offer waited seven days for it to finish pending once it went through. I tried to cash out and it would not let me first I got a message saying in contact support then when I tried again, it said too many attempts. Try again later my dad completed two offers equaling over $70 on the seventh day of pending. He never got the money. The game section on the app completely stopped working. It says there’s no games available at this time try again later and all the games that he started even the ones he completed are not showing on the app at all and the pending offers and money are gone completely reached out to support multiple times never even got the confirmation that they received the ticket so got nothing resolved. This app is a scam completely.

WARNING: serious concerns regarding the transparency and reliability of your platform. I have encountered significant issues regarding larger reward payouts. I was recently informed that a reward of $45 would not be honored due to a "tracking error," despite having provided documentation.A platform is ultimately responsible for the rewards it promotes. When users consistently invest time and effort without receiving the promised compensation, it undermines your credibility.

I’m writing this to warn others about my experience with HeyCash. After putting in the time to reach the withdrawal threshold, I attempted to claim my money only to be met with a "technical error."

I have reached out to resolve this, but it feels like a convenient excuse to withhold funds. It’s incredibly disappointing to participate in good faith only to face roadblocks at the most critical step. Until this is resolved and I actually receive my payout, I cannot recommend this platform. Use with caution.

Such a lovely application. Best of all app. I made 75$ in free week by games and surveys. Some surveys will crash on out but you just keeping trying.
