HeyCoach is a complete Scam!!!!

HeyCoach is a complete Scam!!!!

I have had the worst experience with HeyCoach, they scammed me for 2 lakh ruppees. I have sent them 2 legal notices, Filed an FIR against both cofounders, Filed Consumer Court and Cyber Crime reports.

They just took my money and nothing ever happened.

No placements, nothing.

If anyone wants to file a mass lawsuit against them, Please reach to me.

I’m sharing my experience with HeyCoach…

I’m sharing my experience with HeyCoach Edutech Pvt Ltd so others can make informed decisions before enrolling or taking any loan.

I joined a program marketed as “NSDC-approved” and suitable for working professionals. The reality was completely different — the workload was nothing like what was promised.
The course was not manageable with a full-time job. When I requested withdrawal + refund within a month, HeyCoach refused, citing a strict “no refund” policy that was NEVER mentioned during sales or onboarding. They only pressured me to take a loan ASAP and slipped their policies quietly later.
The fee was financed through a loan via GyanDhan. Even after stopping the course, I was told I must keep paying EMIs unless HeyCoach gives a NOC — which they refused.

Posting this so others don’t fall into the same trap. Always read T&Cs, avoid loans for such courses, and check complaints first.

⭐ My Honest Review of HeyCoach

⭐ My Honest Review of HeyCoach – Please Read Before Joining (BIG RED FLAG)

I’m writing this review because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through the frustration, financial loss, and mental stress that I faced after joining HeyCoach.

❌ 1. Extremely High Fees With No Real Value

HeyCoach charges a premium amount promising “personal mentorship”, “career guidance”, and “placement assistance”.
But in reality, none of this was delivered to me.

I paid thinking I would get proper support, structured learning, and job referrals.
What I received was almost nothing.

❌ 2. No Placement Support (Even Though They Promise It)

This was the biggest disappointment.
They talk a lot about:

Guaranteed support

Industry referrals

Job guidance

Personal mentoring

But once you make the payment, everything changes. The “placement help” they promised simply never happened.

❌ 3. Zero Response After Payment

Before joining, they reply fast, message regularly, and act supportive.
After payment?

Total silence.

No replies to messages.
No follow-ups.
No updates.
Not even basic respect to respond.

Their founder and point-of-contact also stopped replying.

This is the most unprofessional behaviour I have ever experienced.

❌ 4. Marketing Looks Good — Reality is Completely Different

The Instagram posts, reels, and testimonials look great.
But behind that branding, there is:

No system

No proper mentorship

No accountability

No customer support

They sell the dream but don’t deliver anything close.

❌ 5. Mentally Very Draining Experience

I joined to improve my career but ended up feeling:

Cheated

Stressed

Hopeless

Betrayed

When you invest money you worked hard for, and the institute vanishes or doesn’t support you, it hits very personally.

🚫 FINAL VERDICT: Do NOT Join HeyCoach

This is a BIG RED FLAG institute.

If you’re considering joining:
👉 Save your money. Save your mental peace. Save your time.

You can learn better skills for free or at lower cost from:

YouTube

Udemy

Coursera

FreeCodeCamp

Real mentors on LinkedIn

Actual bootcamps with track record

But HeyCoach is NOT worth it.

✅ If you have questions, comment below — I will gladly guide you honestly.

I’m writing this to protect others.
No student deserves to be ignored after paying such high fees. #heycoach #super30 The previous post about the program I have to write that because they asked to copy paste and then I ll get my certificate #money looting academy?

HeyCoach Scammers

I enrolled in a course with HeyCoach, an online platform that advertises heavily on social media. Within 1 day, I realized it was not what I expected. I attempted to cancel within the cooling-off period, but they refused. Meanwhile, a no-swipe EMI loan was processed via HDFC Bank without my full consent.

I’ve filed complaints with National Cybercrime, Voxya, HDFC grievance, and the merchant itself — with no meaningful response.

PLEASE BE AWARE: These new-age educational scams target working professionals with emotional pitches and aggressive tactics.

HeyCoach – A Personal Experience You Should Know.

I’m sharing this to help others avoid the mistake I made — enrolling in a course with an EdTech platform called HeyCoach without receiving full transparency or support.

A few months ago, I joined one of their coaching programs. I was asked to make full payment within a day, with no time to properly assess the program or terms. Trusting their words, I enrolled — but soon after, work-related issues arose, making it impossible for me to attend the sessions due to timing conflicts.

I immediately requested a refund, clearly stating that I’d be happy to rejoin once my work situation stabilizes. Instead, they offered me only the next immediate batch, knowing that wouldn’t solve my problem. My request to defer the course for at least a year was denied, and my refund request was outright rejected.

What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of empathy. HeyCoach never once considered the struggles we go through to earn and invest this kind of money. For many of us, this isn’t just a course fee — it’s a serious financial commitment.

After further digging, I found several Reddit threads where past students reported similar experiences:

❌ No clear refund policy or support structure.

📌 My sincere advice to anyone considering such platforms:

👉 Never rush into payment. Ask for complete documentation about refund, deferment, and placement.

👉 Always check Reddit and other forums before enrolling — real students share real experiences there.

👉 Choose platforms that respect your time, effort, and financial situation.

This post isn’t about defamation — it’s about transparency, ethics, and standing up for students and working professionals who deserve better.

If anyone is going through a similar issue, feel free to reach out.
