Delivery wasn’t great I had to email a couple of times with three different answers there had been no update on the tracking from the day I ordered. Once I posted on a facebook thread things changed and finally I got answers. The delivery company lost it. After that they shipped another one and got it within a week.
The product itself is great!! I’m very happy with it.

Great product and easy to use. If you want to have salon blow dry, this tool is for you. So much easier to use this tool that the curling iron, it s so fast and the curls last all day.

I love that I can achieve the volume on my crown with the large brush attachment as I’ve been putting rollers in there up till now BUT, the ringlet attachment does not seem to grab my hair, in fact if I turn the speed up, it blows my hair all around…

I haven't used all the attachments yet but was most interested in the curling features. And based on their ("their" because there are two curling attachments, one for each side/direction) performance and effectiveness, I have no doubt that the others will work well, too! I was looking for a more affordable Dyson dupe, and given the price point of this product, I am extremely pleased. I have a hot wand that I often use for curling but what I love about the Hey Curls air curler is the volume you get. It gives that blowout effect without having to blowdry! Big fan. And really great for touch-ups when you need a little freshen-up. Would definitely recommend!

Love the product, still learning how to get curls right, just need some practice. Customer service has been excellent ,responding same day to enquires and sending tutorial links. Takes a long time to ship, other than that great product, would definitely recommend.

0 stars… received a defective attachment. Contacted them, they wanted a video sent it in, then they said oh you bought in October 11, it’s passed the 72 hour window. Well I also purchased one as a Xmas gift so now what? I said that the warranty says 60 days.. I was only asking for the attachment to be replaced - $14.99 was the cost. I started to look into it. They are not Canadian, they are out of china.. SCAM ! Do not buy!!

The product was packaged well. I have only had it for s few days but so far I like it. Shipping was a little confusing but I eventually go the product.

Works perfectly, light weight and fast drying time. Gave great volume and curl for thin fine hair.

This is a great product for the price!! I was skeptical at first but after using it I was shocked at how great it is! The shipping was a little longer than expected but totally worth the wait!

I watched the video and thought it would be great for my fine wavy hair. Well I was wrong … it only has one level for air flow and that’s HIGH.. it blew my hair all over the place and made it sooo frizzy. I tried the round brush and it did nothing! I tried both curling barrels and they did nothing …could barely grab the hair. I even had a friend come over to help me.
WARNING I asked to return it and they said they could not accept returns due to hygiene reasons..WHAT??? That makes no sense!!
I returned a hair dryer to Shoppers Drug Mart no issues.
I should have checked the reviews before buying- lesson learned!!
Do not buy unless you want to lose $80

I like some of the items, particularly the roll brush, the regular brush. The blower is not blowing that much but it dries my hair. I don’t know how to use the two curler. It doesn’t hold my hair to curl. But since I just used it 3x I’ll give it a 3. Maybe once I use it more. I’ll increase my rate.

Product arrived well packaged. Still learning how to use it, but it seems to work well. Tracking the order was confusing until it hit our country, but other than that, it was a good buying experience.

Like it but still getting to know how to use it . It's light weight and that's really nice to handle.

Great price for what you get. No need for the Dyson when this is everything you need.
