I purchased these bras in black and nude, I do have large breasts but felt reassured with the reviews I read that buying a 3xl I would have nothing but comfort. This wasn't the case unfortunately, there was no support and I was 'hanging out' of the front and sides. However the material is super soft and felt very comfortable on my back. Ide definitely think twice if you do have large breast due to there being no support. I also had to pay £2.99 to return for a refund too.

Ordered the shorts which really smoothed everything. The bra was not a right fit unfortunately for my size but customer service were very accommodating and gave me an exchange with no issues. Would highly recommend.

The shorts were very restricting and were not suitable so I contacted them and I’ve been offered an exchange for a bigger size. I also got to keep the original item to donate to someone else. I just want to say I have been looking for comfortable wear for a very long time and have come across the best right here the fabric is amazing and soft and feels nice n snug it does what it exactly says and the customer service absolutely outstanding and fast I would really recommend it’s definitely worth ur pennies

I finally ordered some shorts after seeing the adverts constantly. The shipping was super quick and the package was delivered beautifully. When looking on the website it stated if you was in between sizes to order the size up, but I decided against that and to go smaller. That was a mistake. I started an exchange process and it was handled quickly and efficiently. I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly and they were so polite.The company has the best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time and I’m this day and age customer service can make or break a company.

Even though the shorts I currently have are slightly too small, the quality is amazing and I’m eager to get the bigger size!

What an amazing company Hey Curves are to deal with. They managed my query on sizing so efficiently and sent me my replacement sizes straight away! So helpful on email too and no long waiting times for a reply. The underwear comes beautifully packaged and the product itself is wonderful and looks way more expensive than the very competitive price it actually is! Definately a 5 star company, well done.

Only just received my shapewear. I have not had chance to wear for any length of time as yet but have tried them on and they do make a difference with my clothes. I just want to comment on the customer service. A breath of fresh air. I fully recommend the product and commend Katie and the Team for their assistance to me.

I recently purchased Daily high wasted shaping shorts in black XL.
When I received the item, I realised it did not fit me.
I contacted customer support team and Katie was brilliant. She explained so well with clarity that they could do an exchange for a different size however it would be a different colour as the black ones were out of stock.
I happily agreed and I then received an email saying my new pair was ready to be sent to me.
I cannot thank the team for excellent customer service. They were so efficient and absolutely fabulous.

The ad came up on Snapchat and it was my first time ordering anything from a Snapchat ad (I usually just skip them) but I am so glad that ordered from HeyCurves.
The shorts are great quality, very comfy, keeps everything in its place, breathable and allows plenty of movement, not as restrictive while still holding the unwanted curves in.
Fantastic customer service provided by Katie. I purchased the black and beige high waisted shaping shorts in size L as I am size 14. The length of the shorts were slightly longer than I thought, so I decided to exchange one with the high waisted boyshorts. Katie assisted me with the exchange and she even let me keep the shorts I didnt want which I will be gifting to a friend.
The price of the items are reasonable and much cheaper and better quality than Amazon shorts.

I ordered some panties and bra from Hey Curves, and was shocked at how quickly they came. I have a small baby and my body is not quite the shape it once was, and I wanted something to help hold in the baby flub. Although both good quality, the bra was not what I wanted, and the panties were too tight. I emailed costumer services and had a response from an actual human within hours. She very quickly sorted out my issue, ordering me a different type of support panty and giving me a refund for the bra within the day. She even said I could keep the items I had and simply asked that I give them to someone that might benefit from them. I am so used to dealing with auto messages and going through a million channels to get refunds, that I was surprisingly shocked at how quick they were to respond, and how eager they were to sort out my issue.

I would recommend using this company, because even if there is an issue with the product, they will bend over backwards to solve it for you.

I will be using them again and have recommended them to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with this company, because the product I ordered was very small and I email to exchange it but I had a little problem with the order but one the team took her time to help out with. I mean really help me by emailing me back and forth to get it right, for that i am so grateful. Good customer service.

Was very happy with Heycurve customer services. I order medium daily high waisted pants but when l received them they were to tight so l re order them in large. Both orders came within 3 days and was very happy with the large which worked fantastic when wearing fitted or semi fitted dress so lines and pull in the stomach fantastically.

happy to admit I’ve bought some products that have not done what it said on the tin but really pleased to say that this company has restored my faith

The product is great quality stays in place !!!! and is really flattering for anyone who is naturally curvy and doesn’t roll down to your waist like some other makes I’ve tried

And although no fault of the company the size I ordered was too small so they sent me a free exchange the next day
