After hardly any use my humidifier stopped working which is insane for a piece of equipment like this. I've had other humidifiers that lasted for years, but bought the heydewy because it was attractive and I could keep it out on display in my home at all times. But what a joke.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The machine stopped working 2 months in. They promised to refund me or send a replacement then went RADIO SILENT.
One of the most frustrating companies I've ever dealt with. I was sent a defective product, but could not get ahold of anyone at customer service for months. When they finally responded, I returned their product and they still gaslighted/stalled/weaseled their way out of issuing a return or allowing me to contact someone at the company to make a complaint. I finally had to open a dispute with my credit card company, and many months later, I have finally gotten resolution through my bank. What a waste of time and effort.
