They've got 1 star because I couldn't give them ZERO!! Absolutely diabolical "service". I recieved a e-card voucher from my son for my birthday $50, I tried to order 3 pairs of shoes, $160 (obviously... See more

Sent incorrect items, still waiting on the correct items
I ordered 2 pair of toddler shoes on 10/20, when I received my package on 10/27 it was a pair of mens shoes, and a toddler pair that was neither the style or size I ordered. So I called and in order for them to send me the correct shoes I needed to package up and send them the incorrect ones. So I did, they received them 11/2, it is now 11/9 and tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I originally placed the order. I called again today and they said they need another week to process what I sent them, 2 business days for processing, and 3-7 business days for shipping. So if they even send the correct order it will be 5 weeks since I originally placed the order before I receive them. This is terrible customer service. It's not my fault that someone packaging the orders packaged mine incorrectly, and it feels like I'm being punished for something that wasn't my fault. Any other company would send me out the correct package right away and not make me wait over a month to correct it heir mistake. I ordered these shoes for a trip that I don't know they will make it before I go, silly me thinking 6 weeks would be plenty of time to get shoes. If I had ordered the shoes through another company that sells them maybe they would have made it.
Absolutely terrible customer services
Absolutely terrible customer services , I'm trying to speak to somebody on email at the moment and it's completely hopeless , I don't think they speak English because they don't seem to answer or understand my questions , very frustrating experience close to giving up now. Nobody answers the telephone or returns calls from messages left either. I have bought quite a few pairs of the shoes but will stop now..
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. Multiple times through different avenues (email, text, their website) tried to contact someone about replacement laces since by my own fault I ended up snapping them while taking the tag off (tried to rip instead of cut). Was totally willing to pay but never heard anything back. The lack of response was really disappointing especially as I was getting bombarded with “hey dude” and “we got you” text blasts. Also the shoes themselves are quite cheap.
Gift voucher not valid - no replacement or refund
Ordered a gift voucher in order to give it to a friend of mine as a birthday present. When my friend wanted to redeem it, it said that the code was not valif.
Having conteacted HeyDude, they claim they cannot find any order although I provededthe with my proof of payment, the voucher code itself, a transaction code and my email-adress. It seems to me as if the company plays dumb in order to keep the money as the customer service is not helpful at all.
Their customer service is not good at…
Their customer service is not good at all.
I got the wrong side. I've emailed them 4 times and have received no reply. No answer to how to return them and get the correct size. That's $90.00... Not good!!
No goods received
No goods received. its was a UK website and I think it was hacked as nothing about the order was sent and even the bank is having traouble finding out what is what. Beware this website. Update 27 September Bank have refunded me so def. A scam
Many years ago there products were good…
Many years ago there products were good , well made and lasted years . Since then quality has fallen so bad and absolute junk . Shame really , I expect someone sold the company and made there millions
Eat Butter
Customer Service was nice and cordial but was unable to contact anyone who could help. I could have sewn the shoes together myself without all the damn hassle. Hey dude is a crap company without any concern for the customers who buy their shoes. And fyi they only last three months if you are a worker bee.
Ordered a size 8
Ordered a size 8 , they sent a size 9. I called and they said to send back. I did, wanted to exchange for a size 8. So sorry out of size 8. Can I get a different shoe? No, email says. We will refund money. They received them and sent a refund to my credit card. Shorted me. I call, they send more money. Still .44 short. I call again. Was told since I wanted to exchange the shoe it was now cheaper. Tax on that shoe was 1.44, I paid 1.88 tax. After much arguing about how the company is stealing from me, they agree to refund the .44. Never order from them again.
Misleading coupon offer
Misleading coupon offer. Coupon clearly states $20.00 off "NO Product Exclusions". Tried to order using coupon x3, each time coupon was rejected. I tried using the coupon on a sale item. Remember "No Product exclusion". Contacted customer support coupon cannot be used on Sale item. Tech asked if I could capture a screen shot and email it to her. Again not my job. I will not order any more Heydude products. Never had this problem with Skechers or Vans.
I have over the last 3 years purchased…
I have over the last 3 years purchased 11 pairs of hey dudes all really comfortable and long wearing. The last two pairs were just plain canvas . Where has the contrast lining gone. No lining at all. Gone up in price and down in quality. Will not be buying again.
We ordered OOFOS through a Hey Dude…
We ordered OOFOS through a Hey Dude shoe app. Never have received them. We tracked the order from China to LA to Alaska. Delivery was made July 31st in Alaska. Problem is we're in Colorado. They were shipped to the wrong address. We're getting NO support. We ordered July 17th and it's felt like a scam. Hey Dude prove to me your legit
I ordered the wrong size shoe and tried…
I ordered the wrong size shoe and tried to cancel my order 10 min after ordering and they refused to cancel my order and shipped it anyways and then made me send the shoes back and also charged me 10 dollars for a shipping fee. I don’t recommend this crappy customer service to anyone. They only care about money and themselves.
Return nightmare
Got a pair for my dad and they were to small, went to return them within the time frame and the label they sent me FedEx said was not vailed. Was trying for weeks to get a new label so I could return them and no response. Today I get a response and was told I could not longer return them as I was out of my time frame. This make me furious I have been trying to contact you for weeks. Won’t be back and the worse customer service I have ever seen.
What an experience!
I haven't purchased a pair and after my experience today online I doubt I will. I went online to check how they run in size - I used their chart and measured my foot. According to the chart on THE HEY DUDE WEBSITE I wear a size 5 (FIVE). In my running shoes and almost all my other shoes I wear a 7 1/2. So I went to a local store to try on a pair - The 7 1/2 fit fine. But after thinking - they can't even give accurate information on their website and the negative reviews on Trustpilot. I think they name should be changed to "HEY DUD"! I'm not wasting my money!
Terrible service
Terrible service, terrible website!
I was lured in by a 2 for $69 sale. I chose shoes that were clearly marked as part of that sale, including the color I wanted. I could not checkout. Upon seeking help, I was told to look for the label saying 2 for $69. Despite me having a screenshot proving that the shoe I wanted had that label, I was again informed “they are not part of the sale.”
This company has confusing pricing, multiple sales going at a time, and offers deals that just don’t exist. For instance, I was unable to find a single shoe.
Horrible returns process
I ordered two pair of shoes. They were shipped separately. The first pair arrived, and after a day of wearing them I realized the shoes stretched out and would be too loose. I decided to keep that pair since they were worn, but when the second pair arrived I immediately started the return process. Hey Dude received my return on May 1. The refund status still says the return is being processed. There is no way it takes 6+ weeks to process a return. No one has answered my emails. I've had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.
I don't usually post reviews but I was…
I don't usually post reviews but I was so disgusted by the service I received from HeyDude that I am going to. I purchased a pair of youth as well as women's Wendy and Men's Wally shoes. The youth shoes I bought for my son arrived as slides and not the shoes we had purchased. Accidents happen so I tried to rectify this with the awful customer service associate. He was very unhelpful as I asked since we had the slides now I wanted to just purchase them instead of going through the aggravation of a return process and have them send me the correct (more expensive) shoes that I had purchased. I was informed that the only way I could do that was to go through the aggravation of the return and then go back in to the store to purchase the slides. They screwed up, they sent me the wrong item and I was more than happy to purchase that as well if they would send me the correct item and they refused to work with me on it. I have two more pair of shoes on order that I will be canceling and I would be canceling my son's too except he's too excited to receive them. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had and if you are debating ona pair I would suggest you look elsewhere because I know that after today I definitely will be.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I initiated a live chat conversation with a customer service representative within minutes of placing an order. I needed to cancel the order because it would not come on time for an event I was purchasing the shoes for. According to Kayla B., my only option is to refuse delivery (if I am home at the exact moment it is being delivered) or return the item and pay the return shipping costs. I can see if I waited hours to make this request but it was literally minutes. Companies that are unwilling to work with their customers are not ones I would recommend to others.
Not worth the price
Hey Dudes are super comfortable but do they ever fall apart fast. My first pair has been worn about 4 months, mostly indoors and both shoes are splitting in multiple places down the sides. Not worth the price.
