We help refugees, immigrants, stay-at-home parents, retirees, or anyone who loves cooking to use our platform to share their native cuisine, culture, and stories with the wider community and generate a meaningful income. Great food and experience
Our first taste of Zambian cuisine from Monica was unforgettable. The menu offered a diverse range of traditional flavors, and every dish we tried was a hit. Service was prompt and friendly, and the meal felt like a genuine slice of Zambia. Can't wait to try Hey food is Ready again!

Great Food, great experience
Yuru and her collection of cooks and chefs always put on a great feast every time they come to visit the guests in our residential buildings. Yuru is so helpful and passionate about food and the cooks within her network, that beyond the good food, its a pleasure to learn about the food and the culture that surrounds it.
We look forward to wlecoming Yuru back again.

My experience working with hey food is very special, they have a unique concept where they give their customers a special service bringing flavours from different countries and back grounds straight to their tables to try and enjoy. Absoultley amazing experience! Yuru and Frankie are an absolute dream to work with, so accommodating, great communication and wonderful people! They helped me pick the best chefs for a beautiful intimate dining experience. The chefs stories really captured our guests and the reviews about the food were outstanding! Hey Food is Ready catered for our Refugee Week event, and it was absolutely fantastic! They had invited refugee cooks they are working with to prepare food for us, and it was incredibly delicious. The best part was that, by enjoying their food, we were also supporting our local community and contributing to a great cause.
The food they made was like a trip around the world. There was a wide range of flavours and dishes that I had never experienced before. It was fascinating to see how they blended their traditional cooking methods with local ingredients to create such delicious dishes.
The cooks were extremely friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with big smiles and were more than happy to chat with us about the food they had prepared. It was evident that they had put a lot of dedication and care into their work.
Hey! Food is Ready is a great reminder of how tasty food can bring people together and do good things at the same time.
