Meine Erfahrung mit HeyHosting.de war leider sehr enttäuschend.
Das Kundenpanel ist regelmäßig nicht erreichbar oder extrem langsam, was die Verwaltung der eigenen Dienste fast unmöglich macht. Besonders ärgerlich: AGB-Änderungen erfolgen einfach ohne vorherige Ankündigung oder Zustimmung, was absolut unseriös wirkt.
Transparenz und Stabilität sollten bei einem Hosting-Anbieter selbstverständlich sein – hier ist beides nicht gegeben. Ich kann HeyHosting.de daher nicht weiterempfehlen, vor allem nicht für ernsthafte Projekte oder geschäftliche Nutzung.
