Scammers. Ordered shoes full tracking provided including out for delivery for past 5 days. Only site I've used that I didn't know and have had ten transactions on my bank card which the bank blocked. Had to get new card ordered. Bit of a coincidence ??????

I had ordered the magic water elf on 12/21/24. Paid $40 for it. Item was never received, tracking hasn't been updated since February 2025. I've sent multiple emails asking for a refund and have not received any response. This company is a total fraud. There no phone number that I've been able to find. Now I get nervous about ordering stuff from an ad on social media.

This Company is trash. Took my money for exercise equipment. Nothing seen in 4 weeks. Had tracking but tracking lied and said it was delivered in a town 20 miles from me. Called customer service. No answer!! Emailed no response. Total SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the "high concentrated" Brazilian scent, but I received the blue lava in a miniature bottle. There is absolutely no scent nor is it concentrated. Not to mention that it took a month before I received this product. DO NOT ORDER! I REPEAT! DO NOT ORDER!! IT IS A SCAM!

I received 5 mini bottles of Mop Soap in the Blue Lava fragrance. These were not the size bottles described in your ad, nor are they highly fragranced. I tried your product and there was no significant fragrance, and it didn’t leave my floor with a shine. I was charged $39.99 plus $6.99 shipping for this substandard product; $48.18 in total. I want to return your product and have my funds refunded. As a consumer, I feel as if this was a prank or a fraud. I am very dissatisfied

The Company HEYISAIL is a SCAM & THEY DONT RESPOND TO THERE EMAILS FOR AN ITEM BOUGHT AND NEVER RECIEVED!!!

They charged me $25 more then anyone else telling the same arm twister arm workout they didn't send a tracking number for about 3 weeks then it said it was in customs in spain for a week then the next time i looked it said it was in customs in United States of America the next morning it said it has been delivered and i didn't get anything so i sent them a email and the only response i got back after a week was it has been delivered and when i looked ut up it even says it was delivered to another town.. not even my address... do not order from these people they are scamers..!!!

I placed an order March 25 an paid for it with my PayPal account. I never received confirmation or tracking information. Numerous times, I tried contacting the information shown online with no avail. I received an email from Heyisail stating the product was delivered and it has NOT!!! no tracking informatio ect. Also, I didn't understand how Rollyityinc got involved when I purchased products thru Heyisail. I have asked fror cancellation and refund thru Paypal and Heyiail.
I agree with the other complaints; I've just been "scammed" out of $64.

I ordered a twister arm trainer on March 13, 2025 through an advertisement on social media. I never received a confirmation of my order until I filed a resolution issue through PayPal several days after placing my order. At this point I realized that I had been SCAMMED! Through PayPal, the company Rollyityinc responded and that is when I requested a refund and for the order to be canceled. My order was not canceled, instead the company stated that I should wait 10 to 15 days for delivery. I responded requesting a refund and cancellation of my order. My order hasn't been canceled and the company sent me an email on April 11, 2025 stating that my order was delivered on April 8, 2025. Today is April 12, 2025 and I did not receive my order.

Pleasantly surprised! Ordered approx 10 items all delivered in about 2 weeks.
