Amazing service

I recently lost my insurance when my divorce was finalized. They walked my through step.by step getting the medication. Mine was a little difficult because inhave a decently high income, but we abl2 to get rne meds approved

Hey mistr is pretty awesome! The visit is done online, you do your own test and as long as you do it right, the results are in in a couple of days. Then before you know it, your prep is in your mailbox.

Poor communication, taking months to send scripts. Wouldn’t recommend, go to your local center and support them. Cancelled services after 3 months.

Normally, when things don’t work out, one can simply move on. However, I felt it was important to share my experience with MISTR regarding PREP eligibility testing.

I had been on PREP for five years before the COVID-19 pandemic but stopped during that time. This year, I decided to restart my PREP regimen and came across an advertisement for MISTR on social media. I applied for PREP testing with MISTR twice but was denied on both occasions due to my creatinine levels not meeting their required standards. After my last test in August 2024, I hesitated to try again, fearing the same outcome.

On a friend’s recommendation, I reached out to another organization that also has a strong presence on social media. To my surprise, when tested by this organization, my creatinine levels were within the normal reference range. Additionally, they provided me with both the detailed lab results and a personalized message from my provider. I'm now back on PREP and also taking Doxy, which MISTR never mentioned as an option. In contrast, MISTR only sent a decision message without any supporting lab documentation.

This experience has left me wondering how many others have been denied PREP by MISTR due to similar creatinine-level issues. How many individuals may have missed opportunities for HIV prevention because of these barriers?

While I don’t know which lab MISTR uses, I encourage others seeking PREP to explore different organizations if they face similar challenges. Don’t give up—get your creatinine levels tested independently and seek care from organizations that provide transparency and thorough communication..

Very simple instructions no need for customer service. Doctor has answered all my questions. Medication arrives on time. Test kit is delivered and returned on a timely manner. No issues after being with them for a year now.

It used to be good. Now, they repeatedly lose my test kits, never acknowledge that they even received them, no follow-up messages ever anymore, nor reminders to get tested. When I was able to reach customer service, they were very rude because I was irritated,

MISTR is an easy, convenient and free way to stay safe in your intimate endeavors. They offer either a home kit that you send in for your labs or can go somewhere to get your labs done all free of charge. Very good experience!

Mistr has been a lifeline for me. I lost my job and no longer had health insurance, but I was still able to get my meds and doxy pep through Mistr. The process was straight-forward and fast. I didn’t run into any issues, my online consultation was literally about 2 mins long, and my pills were delivered to my door in a matter of days. Overall, I’ve been very happy with Mistr and have no complaints.

I really don't know who these people are who are writing good reviews about this company.
They do not even have customer service people to ask questions and sometimes my medication would just not show up. There are much better PreP services, so don't be fooled.

Everything about using Mistr is great. One of my best experiences is that I always have communication with someone every month. Reminders to refill my prescriptions have been a life saver and requesting my refills is so easily done.

Being a healthcare professional working in a hospital setting, using MISTR for the first time is truly a really great experience. I like the provider that I was assigned, he was very thorough, very knowledgeable, very informative and kept in great contact with me, that made me feel a whole lot better about just sexual health in general and with knowing that they had my back. I like how easy the at home testing kids are, yeah they’re a little invasive, but it’s a lot better than doing it in front of a nurse or a doctor at a clinic or hospital. I like how easy it was to send back, I like that they send you constant reminders when your medication‘s are going to be shipped out to you, and verify that your address hasn’t changed, it’s just an awesome overall sexual health healthcare system! They dealt with all the insurance and I pay nothing out of pocket at all. I get my prescriptions mailed to me every month and I’ve really been blown away by how amazing and simple all healthcare should be. I think that MISTR has set the bar very high and a lot of other online or telehealth business that should definitely take note and follow MISTR’s business model. thank you MISTR for everything, it’s been great, and I’m going to continue using them for all my sexual health prescriptions (PreP and DoxyPeP), and still have been referring many people to it. Be smart and take care of yourself, and MISTR will guide you through it simply, easily, and confidentially.
