I got to receive my medication on time, got my home test kit and blood tests done for free and above all that MISTR made me safe during sex.

It has been such an awful experience. They are experiencing a huge delay in their labs and they have no plan B. I’ve been told to wait and be patient. Ok, I ran out of patience. I’ve been waiting for almost a month to have my tests results and move forward with this process. I really hope it helps people not getting in trouble. Choose another provider, otherwise you’ll be waiting for months to get your prep!

This is the best way to get my medicine. I just have to go to the mistr app and setup an appt to do my blood work and then I get a txt to confirm my shipping for my medicine.

Made me feel so comfortable and knowing im in good hands when it comes to getting my prep .

I've recently signed up with them and test results were fast, about week. Meds are sent from pharmacy overnight by UPS. HIGHLY recommend them

Overall good. Professional, Timely. Only issue is delays by USPS in returning quarterly test kits from East Coast to West Coast.

It’s been two full weeks since Mistr received my test kit, and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing in return. No results. No communication. No prescription. Just silence. For a company supposedly built to streamline access to PrEP, this is a pathetic failure. Imagine marketing yourself as a modern sexual health provider, then ghosting people on their HIV results. Offensive doesn’t even begin to cover it. Avoid this mess of a service.

This service is a great idea but lacks in execution. The doctor I was paired with is a decent practitioner and answered every question I had albeit as quickly a possible in order to move on to the next patient, I guess. The first three months went relatively but the first renewal absolutely went off the rails. I was doing the in-home testing and the samples got stuck in a USPS distribution center for over a week (clearly not the fault of Mistr) but then I was notified that the blood samples were insufficient. I can accept that this could have been my fault and not theirs and I repeated that test. I’ve now been waiting for two weeks to get the results. I have contacted their Customer Support team repeatedly and I have only been given vague answers and thanked for my patience, only I’m out of patience at this point. Save yourself the time and trouble and use a different service.

Service is fast and easy. Doing the lab work from home is very convenient. I always recommend to friends who complain about having to stop by the pharmacy.

I have been on prep for around 6 years.
When I was in ms my labs were a bit quicker
They have been processing my labs for over 14 days now.
What is the hold up??
I have never had it take this long.
I wonder if the labs are any good at this point. Maybe they should send me another kit.
I tried to contact them and they will not respond.
I can’t get my meds.

I was off prep for a while and now that
I have become sexually active agaiI wanted to get back on the meds.
I had a few bottles lying around and I ran out of them.
My sex life is pretty active. I’m thankful for their free service but I do wish it was a bit faster.
I know a t a dr’s office it doesn’t take that long to process labs.

MISTR is great. Very easy to maintain your service and are timely to get your medication. I personally use their in-person lab service to do my lab work and their partnership with lab quest is seamless.

The service seems simple enough at first glance until you actually use it. They took a whole month just to confirm lab results and get medication shipped out. Had to call customer support multiple times. If I hadn’t, it would have taken more months.

They will ship medication late causing lapse in treatment. Actually, they won’t even ship if you don’t call them and remind them to do it. Every single issue is preventable. But it seems they don’t have enough staff to actually cover the work. Nothing moves if you don’t push it. No joke you’ll be calling people to remind them to do their jobs. There is absolutely NO SENSE OF URGENCY. Every mistake they make will take weeks to correct. If you have other options, please use that instead. This service is the opposite of a frictionless process.

They’ve been my PrEP providers for a while. They make the process fast and easy.

Hey Mistr has offered an accessible avenue for medical care. The services have been satisfactory.

The service is great. All communication is clear and easy to understand. The doctors and staff that I have communicated with were very helpful. My screenings are scheduled with no issues. My medication is delivered on time. I recommend this service to everyone who needs to have this protective treatment.

I’ve been with Mistr for 2 years now and It has been wonderful. Their results are accurate and had caught some STD which I was skeptical due to the time that takes to deliver the samples. I have no complaints. My medicine comes fast. They are very helpful, understanding and caring. I hope I can continue using them for a long time.
