NEVER ORDER HERE
If anyone says the service here is bad, that's the truth. 100% The service is indeed bad. The site does not have live chat, while tickets are replied to slowly. I am a new user and ordered, there was no confirmation after 10 hours. More than 12 hours just replied to the ticket but I was surprised by their reply.
Everywhere, buyers are friends, here not, buyers are trash to them.
After I opened a ticket, they said 24 hours to setup the server. I asked them to be faster and that's my only hope. I don't target them to finish in how many hours, but just please speed up, because they told the previous support that if you want it faster, please let me know.
They don't have an FAQ for the length of the server setup. After that they made a unilateral cancellation, my money has not been returned, $ 64 has not yet entered my account. They said in the last word they would refund via paypal, even though I don't use paypal. And they said they would refund in a few days if I used a credit card. Really Stupid!
They didn't ask me, should it be fast? if fast they can't, in fact not. They directly decided and said that I was not a happy customer.
Then they said that some people choose to attack / DDOS their server or call the police. This is so stupid, what kind of support says that customers are challenged to attack their server if they are not happy???

Update: Very unprofessional. The business owner cursed me with the words "client from helll". This is very inappropriate for a business owner to do. Even though I asked for my rights as a buyer. I lost money, and I should have received appropriate service. So my account was blocked, I couldn't enter the client page anymore to reply to the ticket. So I share here his last words in the ticket before I couldn't reply to it anymore because it was deleted from his website system.

This is a public lie, they are trying to maintain their good name and say that the client is at fault. I never bump 5 times / more. Only 1 reply and waiting for the next reply from Heymman. He is playing the victim.
