Tried several on line shops to get right wiper blades but none matched..and had to pay return postage...despite the promises to fit exactly....looked up Heyner and got exact match straight away.
On arrival, new blades took 30secs to swap over and so easy.

Easy to order received on time solidly made relatively easy to fit. Instructions could be clearer explaining wiper orientation.

Having had problems with three foot pumps purchased recently (two had gauges that read incorrectly & the other pump was of poor quality, bendy! metal) I was very pleased to find Heyner because of their reputation for German quality & reliability. The website gives the impression that items are made in Germany, therefore I was surprised to find the Foot Pump & Tester Gauge I ordered were both made in P.R.C. The pump seemed to function as it should & its gauge was accurate but the Tester Gauge was horrible - like something out of a Xmas cracker & not easy to use. Also it was reading 8-10 PSI below what it should, so not fit for purpose (& I got this checked out at local garage). This company says something in its small print, that you will not get a refund unless you create an Account with them, which does not match Consumer Contracts 2013 Regs or Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Distance Selling Regs. Initially I was given a "Credit Slip" but when I questioned this, the Refund was credited to my Card. Later, I got an email with 3 photos of the returned Tester Gauge & a msg that it worked fine for them, on 3 different cars - as if I & my local garage were idiots. Unlikely to use this company again or to recommend them.

We already have one Heyner tyre inflator, and decided to purchase another Heyner since the products are better quality and built for the job.
They seem to last far longer, even with regular use.
Our other brand has broken so many times we've given up and replaced with Heyners

I used to live in Wakefield where this shop is based so when I moved to Lincolnshire and got a different car I needed a steering wheel cover. I was going to travel over for one but looked on website and saw it was free delivery. Absolutely thrilled great price fantastic quality and speedy free delivery couldn't ask for more.
