The turmeric capsules arrived promptly and were well packed.

Excellent provider of quality supplements.

I ordered magnesium complex from hey nutrition after reading a trials report in which it was apparent that although lots of magnesium supplements on the market, many didn’t provide the necessary ingredients or the right dosage. Hey nutrition was up there with the top so I ordered.

It is a bit too early to know exactly what the benefit is up to now, except that I’m in my early 70’s and find my legs aren’t quite as achy as before (well I haven’t needed as many pain killers)

I have now ordered the Turneric to see if this appears better for me or not. I may end up with both?

The products aren’t cheap and it is very much trial and error for me at moment but I will continue ordering. I prefer tried and trusted supplements than cheaper imitations that are a waste of money.

For information correspondence from Hey Nutrition is fantastic- giving all sorts of info and delivery is super quick. I recommend trying them.

I ordered products from this company, but failed to cancel the reoccurring orders. I have tried to contact them numerous times for a return code, but they fail to respond. They don't give phone number, I am at a lose

Hey Nutrition’s products are wonderful but unfortunately after purchasing the Magnesium Complex I found that the laxative used in the product wasn’t for me and have asked for a refund under their customer guarantee.

This is where Hey Nutrition gets it so badly wrong!

Their Customer Service team seem to be overseas and you have to wait at least 2 days for a reply, which in my case when I received the reply it didn’t make much sense meaning I had to reply again and wait another 2 days. Then I got another reply, which I answered immediately and that was 3 days ago and I’ve heard nothing since. The emails arrive during the night because of the difference and you cannot contact this company by phone.

So in summary, the customer guarantee is worthless it’s just lip service to entice you to buy. I’ve been a customer for a while now and it’s only recently that this change has happened but it’s extremely frustrating. The other products I use are good but customer service really lets this company down.

I took Hey's Cholesterol Complex for a 6 month period, as my cholesterol level had been high (7.3) and I'd had some blood pressure problems. I didn't want to go onto statins (which was what my GP was pushing for), and so gave Hey a try. My cholesterol level gradually reduced down to 4.5, and I'm really pleased with the outcome. My only slight moan is that the capsules are quite large, and I did struggle to swallow them - but that aside, I'd highly recommend them as a more natural way of reducing cholesterol.

Customer Retention is based on good service. Sadly with this company when things go wrong (Yodel delivers to another address and not yours) have no desire to help . We’ve spent £170 and haven’t received any support following 4 emails. I’ll obviously raise this with my CC provider. My advice is use someone else such as Wild Nutrition who have great customer service

The company replaced my order which was stolen from the post room. I’m very happy to report. I think companies should avoid using Yodel they don’t care were they leave items.

I had good experience with HeyNutition by first the good report of my husband blood test result about how his cholesterol level came to normal. His previous result with the statin drug was so alarming .
But since we have discovered Cholestetol Complex everything came to normal with no side effects( like weaknesses and muscles aches amd joint pain etc... ) My husband doctor was so happy . Now my husband can eat so many things .
This is our 3 times to buy the Cholestetol Complex and also our first time with the Magnesium at HeyNitrition. We are very happy with the customer service that send us frequently mails to let us know or inform us about any delay or information we really need.

So far, arrived on time. I have this week started to take these tablets. They are on the large size and difficult to swallow.
My cholesterol is 7.9 and I desperately want to try to reduce those numbers alongside a healthy diet & regular exercise. Will review again in 6 months.

I read somewhere that Psoriasis can be affected by gut health and decided to give the Probiotic complex a try.
