Ordered some multi vitamins, supposedly delivered by yodel, cannot find parcel, finding it hard dealing with customer services, spent £20 which is a lot of money to me, yodel are rubbish why anybody uses them is beyond me.

Prompt attention when I have a query. I have found the Magnesium has certainly helped me sleep better. I very much appreciate this! A bit pricey so I go for the offers when they come up.

Purchased the cholesterol supplement. These have worked well for me as well as watching what I eat and exercising more. Brought me level from 7.8 to 5.1 and bad cholesterol is now within normal limits. Only reason not given 5 stars is because they are expensive. I’ve always managed to purchase them for £20 a bottle as purchase 6 bottles at a time but this could be out of the reach of some people spending £120 in one go

I’m utterly disappointed with Hey Nutrition delivery service.
I placed an order on 31/10/25 and still haven’t received my order. I have written endless emails chasing the order no positive response. I needed the product urgently.
I will not place an order with Hey Nutrition again

I’ve bought 3 months of Cholesterol complex. I have hereditary high Cholesterol as both my parents had heart problems. I’ve found it quite difficult to reduce it, so I’m trying the complex. And after the 3 months, I will go back for a blood test to see if it’s working.

I ordered my omega 3 supplements from hey nutrition and inspite of being so expensive one, i purchased them because they promised next day delivery. But t has been 5 days i have placed order and i have not yet recieved it. very disappointing

Great products at very fair prices

I have written to the company but no reply. I asked them to make it clear for purchasers to know that if they are over 70 they are not supposed to take cholesterol complex. I have just wasted about £30 and no joy from Hey Nutrition.

Was easy to find what I was looking for. Delivery was speedy.

The product contains high quality ingredients at a very reasonable price. Great discount if you buy in bulk.

I have no problem with the product. But please do not use YODEL as your courier, they never communicate nor update the recipient properly. They just drop the parcel on the doorstep without informing us inside.

I’m really pleased with Hey Nutrition, good communications and speedy delivery. I’ve ordered total cholesterol for the second time and though it’s a little expensive I think I’m worth it. I want to avoid going down the medication route if possible so with agreement from my GP I’m trialling life style change and this supplement for a few months. We will see! Hey nutrition were recommended to me for high quality supplements.

This is a very reliable and reputable company. If you have any queries, they are quick to reply and extremely helpful. I will continue to get my Omega 3’s and multivitamins from Hey Nutrition.

Very happy with the collagen and I’ve just received my second shipment.
Easy and clear ordering system and super easy if you need to edit any repeat orders which I did. Speedy delivery too just two days after order date. I’ve never needed customer support so far but feel confident that if I had any questions or need advice about orders Jake or someone from the team would be able to help. Would definitely recommend.

Similar to other reviewers I ordered from this website 10 days ago and my order didn't arrive. The tracking (which you need to download a 3rd party app to access) shows it was delivered by Yodel but it hadn't arrived. I contacted customer service via email who replied within 1 day (to be fair) and stated yodel had left the parcel behind bins. Yodel did not inform me of this, the Shop app just showed "delivered" no other information and hey nutrition didn't send me a confirmation of delivery email at the time. All in all, not great Comms. Actual product is as described.

They take the money bang on 28 days but don't send the pills out for days afterwards - 2 months in a row now i have run out because its taken them 2 weeks to send - i have now cancelled my subscription and will buy elsewhere
