Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with the ordering process, noting considerable delays between placing an order and its shipment, often discovering the products originate from China. This led to extended delivery times, frequently exceeding initial estimates, and in many cases, orders never arrived. Reviewers also reported difficulties with refunds, with some struggling to receive their money back or only getting partial refunds after persistent communication. Conversely, some people were satisfied with the product quality, particularly certain sprays designed for pet skin conditions. These customers found the products effective in alleviating itchiness, clearing up yeast infections, and healing hot spots, with some even describing them as gentle and vet-approved. However, even among those who found the products effective, there was occasional disappointment regarding the product's longevity or its inability to address more severe conditions like tartar buildup or food allergies.

Good product but lousy customer service

Product is good and prices are good but the customer service is beyond pathetic. Ships from China and takes almost a month. Company refuses to cancel orders, refuses to credit shipping costs and refuses to do anything that resembles making the customer happy. Quick to charge my credit card and slow to ship and even slower since comes from some random warehouse in China

guard dog care.

My doberman has yeast between his paw pads that was making him limp while on patrol (personal protection dog). Needed something strong but safe. Heypawsome spray cleared it up and he's back to full duty. The vet formula gives me confidence using it on a working dog. Guard dog approved.

Product never arrived and they have…

Product never arrived and they have disclaimed liability, pushing the blame to the courier which they used. Instead of fixing the problem, sending the product again out issuing a refund, they have asked me to contact the courier to ‘sort it out’ myself.

This is likely a scam - please beware. In my various emails, they have provided no proof of despatch, just some random numbers from the courier company and that’s it. It is hard to conclude otherwise because this is the worst service imaginable.

outback tough

Australian shepherds work hard in tough conditions. My boy's grass allergies were causing terrible itching while we're out working cattle. Heypawsome anti-itch spray is outback-tested and approved - holds up in heat, dust, and rough conditions. Exactly what working aussies need.

This product is nothing but a scam

This product is nothing but a scam. It does NOT help with food allergies and the company simply fear mongers struggling pet owners who have no other option than apoquel while they say say we're killing our dogs. Look up pawsome.com --- it's a fraudulent company.

humid weather hero

Chow chows and humidity don't mix - my girl gets hotspots every summer because the moisture gets trapped in her thick fur. This spray actually dries them out and heals them instead of just making them worse. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because preventing them in the first place would be better, but for treatment this is the best I've found.

My cat had surgery last month and…

My cat had surgery last month and developed a yeast infection around the incision site (vet said probably from stress/antibiotics). Heypawsome spray was gentle enough to use near the healing wound and cleared up the yeast. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the smell bothered my cat a bit at first, but she got used to it. Definitely helped her recovery.

Staffie had yeast between every single toe, she was chewing her paws constantly and they were bright red. Looked so painful. Heypawsome anti-yeast spray actually dried it up completely. Took maybe 10 days of twice daily application? She stopped the chewing within the first few days though. No more red angry paws.

my chihuahua gets grass allergies every spring and her tiny body gets SO itchy. most sprays are too much product for a 4lb dog you know? heypawsome is perfect because the spray isn't this huge mist, you can control it. works great on her itching too. been using it for 3 weeks and she's way more comfortable.

So my golden had this stubborn yeast…

So my golden had this stubborn yeast between his paw pads that just would NOT go away. We tried medicated wipes, prescription stuff from the vet, changed his food thinking it was allergies... nothing stuck. It would get better for a few days then come right back. Finally tried heypawsome spray after seeing multiple people mention it. Been using it daily for about 6 weeks now and the yeast is completely gone. Like, I'm actually shocked it worked when everything else failed. Still using it as a preventative because I'm paranoid it'll come back lol.

Doesn't work on either of my dogs

Slow to deliver.
Ordered a bulk deal as cheaper. Used loads (lots of areas, ) for very little result.
Now I see people saying the product is coming from China, if I knew I would not have wasted my time.
Would not recommend.
