My view

Overall, I found the survey easy to follow and interesting to complete. The questions were relevant and made me think about my personal experiences and opinions. However, some sections felt slightly repetitive and could be made a bit shorter to improve the flow.

Blocked my account after I reported a survey I didn't get my incentive.

I've been using heypiggy for about two years now, and I rarely ever had issue with my account. Recently, I completed and wasn't paid my incentive and I decided to contact support. About an hour after I contacted support, I noticed my account was blocked for reasons best known to them and they marked my ticket as solved without addressing the issue I reported. I again contacted support to know why I could no longer see surveys on my dashboard, but I was snubbed and the ticket was marked as solved without actually solving anything.

I definitely do not recommend them, because if they could just block an account of two years, I wonder what they'd do to new accounts. They made me give this bad review.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!

Absolute waste of time. After numerous surveys accumulating very little in a payment, CPX Research declined a cash-out. No explanation given, other than my answers didn't meet their quality criteria. Do not bother with HeyPiggy. You will spend hours completing surveys with no guarantee of a payment.

I was denied surveys after giving a review here even though I was promised 5% on every survey I take for the next 24hrs but instead I haven't been getting surveys. This is very disappointing.

If I could give negative stars I…

If I could give negative stars I would...this site is absolutely trash...they flagged my account right before I reached cashout status (500pts) for weeks then recently reinstated me to use me for another few surveys and then flagged my account again to avoid paying me...total scam and fraud...stay far away from this trash site and they're Eureka and Nice Surveys are run by the same trash people...Theives and fraudsters...Stay away

I’ve had a generally good experience…

I’ve had a generally good experience using HeyPiggy. The surveys are easy to access and cover a wide range of interesting topics, especially around everyday issues like finances and lifestyle. The interface is simple to use, which makes completing surveys straightforward.
However, there are times when I get screened out after starting a survey, and survey availability can be inconsistent. Improving matching and reducing disqualifications would make the experience even better.
Overall, it’s a reliable platform for earning small rewards in your spare time, and I would recommend it with a few improvements.
