AI lease renewal platform that violates tenant laws

My apartment switched to using Renew Residential / heyrenew.com / Renew app for lease renewals and it's a dark UX nightmare. It sends a bunch of notifications, aggressively tries to get me to move into a bigger more expensive apartment and outright lies about the deadline for when I have to notify my landlord.

I wish I could attach screenshots, but the whole user experience is slimy. It buries the 12 month lease below longer lease options. Then there are misleading notifications about when the lease decision is due (which are incorrect and not legal according to state tenant laws and the lease). And the top half of the screen is covered in notifications and CTA boxes to upgrade to a larger unit within the same building.

And then it's even pretty shady to the real estate companies that use it, because the emails Renew sends out contain links to look for completely different apartments than the one it's trying to get users to renew their lease at.
