DO NOT ORDER. Same exact experience as everyone else. It is a complete scam. They sent me two dresses that were nothing like the website. I reached out to return both items. They responded and offered 30% on two dresses I never wanted in the first place. I went to email back stating I would not accept this, and the address “cannot be found.”

I have the same experience as everyone else! A scam !! I bought a dress for a wedding and they balled up someone’s used dress and sent it to me. I reported it as a fraud to my credit card.

Scam!!! Beware!! They send you crap cheap clothes and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. Reporting them to the BBB

BUYER BEWARE - THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! They sent a piece of fabric they call a dress and now we can't return it. There is no way to contact this company.

If zero were an option that’s what I would give. Definitely not a company on this continent. The wrong dress finally arrived about 2 months after ordering. And I definitely didn’t pay a SHEIN price for it either. Stay away from this scam.

Waited over a month for the wrong “dress” to arrive from China. It’s a complete joke…looks nothing like the dress we ordered. They must just throw random dresses in bags and send them off. Nothing about it looks like the dress we ordered. Diff material, color, all of it. I’m so mad that I actually ordered from another of these sites after my daughter begged me. Wish TikTok would stop promoting fake brands to these girls. I emailed customer service and got back a mail delivery fail email. I’m assuming they have stopped all communication.

I have had the same experience as others. It is a scam website and you can not return your item to a US warehouse. I too was given the option to return the dress to China or keep it for a 30% refund. The dress is not the same as pictured nor does it even fit like a dress should. As someone else said, it is complete garbage, made extremely cheap. I only wish I had looked up their reviews first.

SCAM!! I was sent the wrong item and they didn’t do ANYTHING about it

I would give less stars if possible. Delivery took forever, and the wrong dress was sent. Customer service was horrible.

This site is a TOTAL SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! We bought a dress that took weeks to arrive only for it to be a completely different dress. Garbage material, and of course, they KNOW you won't be shipping it back. The dress wasn't cheap either!

I echo the reviews of others. We purchased two dresses from this company. Only one came. They promised a refund of the other one but have stopped responding to my email messages. Do NOT purchase from them. I guarantee you will be disappointed. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

I wish I had viewed this page sooner. Everything that had happened to other customers happened to me. Purchased a dress with two pairs of earrings!
None of it showed up but a different dress. The return address on the label is completely different when after I sent it back it’s meant to be sent back to China.
Therefore they have refused me any type of refund. COMPLETE SCAM.

I wish if i read the reviews. It’s s scam website; i waited two months for my dress and the sent me a totally different dress that has 0 similarity with the one i ordered. It’s s scam page. I pray to god that they die in worst kind of cancer.

It took almost a month to get the dress. When it came it was not the same as the picture and the color was suppose to be purple and hot pink came. Very disappointing.. do not order from this site….

I wish I had read the review prior, I’ve had the same experience as so many others.
I placed an order while took a weeks to arrive and when it finally did, it was a totally different dress! I contacted them about a return and they told me they’re having logistic issues so I can return it at MY OWN cost to their warehouse in China! After some back and forth they offered me 30% refund which increased to 60% but I’ve had a raise a dispute with my bank!

Similar experience as everyone. Wish I had looked up this company before buying. Thought it was a shop from CA, when I bought a dress I noticed the transaction on my bank said its from Hong Kong. Received the dress and it was completely different. Didn't even fit right. Emailed the company and I'm waiting for the email but I have a feeling I know what it says. I'm filing a card dispute with my bank and if anyone else encounters this, I suggest doing the same.

I wish you could be 0 stars. This website is a scam. My poor daughter spent $70 on a dress, and she was shipped a necklace. Reached out to their customer service numerous times, and only ever got an automated response. No credit given, no replacement sent. This is awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I received a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DRESS from Hey Shelly from what I ordered. I reached out and asked them to send the correct dress, and they have not responded.
The dress I did receive is very poor quality.

AWFUL! They sent the wrong item and when I wanted to return it they said their US warehouse return agreement had been canceled and I needed to send it back to China - AT MY COST!! This website is a SCAM
DO NOT BE FOOLED - It’s crap product and only meant to RIP OFF the consumer!!!
