Scam!!
Ordered maternity trousers in October 2025, still haven’t received my order. Customer services kept saying they’ve been dispatched and on the way, now they just ignore all emails.

FAKE COMPANY - I ordered their maternity pants for work back on November 3, 2025. I have sent 10+ emails to their customer service. It is now March 2026 and I still have not received the product. I requested a refund back in December 2025, they said they would look into it and process the refund, well that never happened either and they have now gone to completely ignoring me. Save your money and sanity. Do not purchase from them.

If I had the option to have no stars then I would.
Ordered in September for work during my pregnancy. Never received numerous emails sent. Absolutely trash company, poor customer service & just outright scamming people. Marketing is great though because I bought into the hype. Probably where the one star could be justified. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I should check review before I order, I am having the same problem, clearly they are scammer, I never received my order items, so easy to scam nowadays I better order in uk rather then USA, very bad experience so far, never had a problem with order even it's from other countries,
Waited nearly 3 months, such a good scam. Customers service is very shittt, they are assuring me it's on the way, for 3months, I am already been scam but not that stupid number 1scammer,
So easy to scam.

Terrible company - all the reviews say the same. Take your money then don’t deliver your items.. I have been waiting 2 months now for an order that hasn’t arrived. I only have a few weeks left of my pregnancy now so a complete waste of time if they ever do arrive which seems unlikely. I think probably fake reviews on the website. Definitely avoid!

Awful, the item never turned up, I have not been given a refund and their responses are auto replies that dont even read my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order back on 10/20/2025 and to date have not received any shipping information or tracking order #. I have contacted the company and they keep saying it is in transit with no specifics like tracking information or estimated time of delivery. At this point, I will put a complaint into Paypal to refund my money. I do not recommend this company. Go to Amazon and get the same item and actually receive it.

Item no show. Almost 3 months waiting now for my product.

I still have not received my purchase or refund after requesting a few times.
I ordered a pair of maternity trousers on the 22nd of September (in my second trimester) and I am still waiting for my order to arrive today on the 6th of December (now in my third trimester). Seeing as these are maternity trousers the way things are looking I will only have use for these for a few more weeks if I am lucky and do receive them any time soon or at all.
Instead of receiving communication as to why the product was delayed I received a request to leave a review.
I then got in contact and tried to request a refund but have had pushback and told to wait twice as the package was still in transit (expected in 2 weeks) apparently due to a delay from some warehouse issue. It has now been almost a month since my last communication, and I have now chased for the fourth time requesting a refund.
I personally do not think I will be receiving my product and if I finally do. I will not have much use for it. And will still require a refund.

Never received my order. When I inquired I received a response saying it's still processing (after 3 weeks). I requested a refund multiple times now (it's been over 6 weeks) and haven't received a reply since the first one. Avoid.

SCAM: Ordered 30th October, nothing arrived by 27th November, generic responses from customer services about US customs/tariffs despite coming from China to the UK. Clearly a fake website, selling fake products and exploiting vulnerable pregnant women, shameful.

SCAM. Order never arrived, tracking information is fake, no way of contacting other than email. Email responses are just generic replies. No way of getting money back.

I ordered a pack of 3 maternity leggings on 11 October and then never received an update. I have emailed them on the 29 October asking for an update on the delivery and received a response saying that the ongoing US government processing slowdown and updated tariff checks have caused extended delays and that my order is not lost but simply delayed (I live in the UK...). Still haven't received item by 20 November which is when I contacted my bank who immediately processed a refund and contacted the supplier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I still haven’t not received an item that was ordered a month ago (10/21/25). The date currently is 11/20/25. The tracking provided still has no update in regards to where this item is currently located OR estimated time of delivery.

This was supposed to be for my pregnancy… and at this point it will not arrive in time.

I requested a full refund at this point via customer service email communication which they have ignored the request just saying it’ll take another 12-14 days to arrive.

Will dispute with my bank.

Scammer,after payment they vanished, after a month nothing received.

Seems like a scam, ordered 4 weeks ago and got nothing. Got my money back through my bank.

I ordered two maternity leggings from HeySnug on September 22, 2025, and I still haven’t received them — it’s now been well over a month. The tracking hasn’t updated in weeks, and every time I contact customer service, I get the same vague reply that they’re “monitoring the shipment.”

I’ve asked for a refund several times, but they refuse to process it until the parcel is “returned” — even though I’ve never received it. That’s completely unacceptable and goes against UK consumer law, which clearly states that customers are entitled to a refund if goods don’t arrive in a reasonable time.

To make things worse, they even addressed me by the wrong name in their response, which shows how little care they give to their customers.

As an expectant mum, this has been beyond frustrating — I needed these items weeks ago. Please be very careful before ordering from this company. The service has been slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, and I still don’t have either my order or my money back.

I strongly advise against ordering from HeySnug.

I have ordered maternity leggings online 4 weeks ago and after being told it wiuld be delivered 2 weeks ago i have had no communication since.

I'll happily update this review if i ever receive the items, but would suggest dont buy from here, it's a scam!
