I started playing this site and probably lost around 1000. Then I won I won 4k and then 1.5k which I cashed out
Stated it would take up to 6 days
Which is weird but fine I can wait
A few days later I played again and won 600
Not saying I didn’t loose in between
I also cashed that out
A day later I revived the 600 in my account and I’m still to this day waiting on the first lot of winning
Being told it’s stuck in processing which seems like an excuse they use quite a lot after reading there reviews
I’ve passed it straight to IBAS as speaking to there customer service is like banging ur head against a wall
Was told a manager would contact me
Which they never did
Was told I’d get an email letting me know
Which I revived saying nothing different or timescale etc
Not a very professional company

I like this casino because of the selection of games which is why I have given 2 stars. However the wins are not very good. Very few and far in between. Same goes for scatters/features during gameplay. It's very few and far in between. Example of that is I can play Big bass on this casino and I can play £20 straight through it with maybe getting the scatters once if I'm lucky and then hardly win anything on those scatters. Then I can go to 2 different casinos with the same amount of money and probably get the scatters at least 4 times with excellent wins. I have tried and tested my theory on multiple occasions with almost the same result everytime. So to sum things up, this casino has a good game selection but wins and scatters are not frequent enough. I'm 50/50 on this casino.

I'm a new customer. Joined before I read the bad reviews. So I decided to test the withdrawal with the £37 I won with my first bets. I put in a withdrawal request late last night and it went into my PayPal early this morning no problem. They only let me lift 36 as they kept 98p in the account as the obviously want me to keep it open. But that's no problem as I will be using it now I trust them to give me my money. Also they have slightly better odds on some markets compared to other sites. Slightly laggy but I can live with that

Right, update today.. got paid the full amount.. so everyone on here with their negative reviews regarding the scams are literally full of rubbish! Changed to Excellent!
Pretty happy with the game choices. Yes, I agree that the website is a little laggy, and the email address they provide bounces back which is slightly concerning.. however, I had a big win, even after gambling 50% of my winnings to wager the Bonus terms.
Spoke with customer services via the online chat instantly and they reassured me I will get an email regarding my withdrawal.
There are so many negative reviews, but after doing some basic research online, this company is 100% legitimate and is actually registered on the Gambling Commission website. Regardless of waiting times, they are governed by this commission that supports those who wish to gamble.
I shall simply await my email confirmation, then decide whether it needs to be reported.
Until then, it’s actually a good website with some great customer service.
