Top quality service throughout. First contact with Nick who visited site and measured up and gave brilliant advice on products to my customers to choose from. Brilliant installation from the fitters and always leave site clean and tidy. Would fully recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future on other projects.

Nick was very helpful and made the process really easy and pain free.Louis came to fit the carpet and done a wonderful job was very tidy and left no mess and he took the old carpet away.it’s nice to see a member of the younger generation learning a trade and having ambition.Excellent service will be going back for kitchen & bedroom 😊

If you want a good, experienced crew you could not do much better than Hicks Flooring and trusting the process to Nick. They have a good, thorough display shop in Wymondham which is noticeably stocked with good quality, higher end products, but not crazy prices. Nick's knowledge of the products (both carpet and hard flooring) is very assuring.

The fitting team are clean and organised. They left zero mess when done... No off cuts etc which I've often come back to in my previous experiences. The end result was a great fitted carpet in the lounge and up the stairs and landings as well as a lovely laminate running from the entrance down the hall all the way though to the kitchen diner. Great work and all done within the quoted time frame. As I stated at the start of my review... If you want a good professional and experienced crew for your flooring needs, contact Nick and the team at Hicks flooring.

From start to finish (although I still have yet another floor for them to lay) the work has been outstanding.
Very fair price for superb work, including laying non slip commercial floor covering, sanding and finishing a large maple floor - all in one day - and a vinyl finish for a damp floor. Keep it up guys!

Contacted Hicks flooring to talk about new bathroom floor, had Nick come to see me re measuring and options.. I choose the flooring I wanted, then Nick contacted me with price and fitting arrangements, both very acceptable.
