Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. Exceptionally poor customer service. I purchased three Fabsil Universal Protector for GBP53.97 and paid GBP40 Postage. Total Cost GBP103.37 (including Sales Tax). Nothing was delivered. I was told that delivery was delayed due to COVID. The purchase was made on 16 August 2020 and I have made numerous attempts for someone at Home Field & Stream to respond to my query for a full refund or to make delivery of the purchase. No response received. This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM. Buyers beware. Purchase Items at HFS-Online at your own risk.

Bought a wok on Amazon

Bought a wok on Amazon, sent me a different one, contacted them to get it returned told me that it would be picked up Friday and did I want morning or afternoon. Waited in all day Friday for a morning pickup, never did come. Contacted them numerous times on the phone and promised to call me back with details, they never did.....do not deal with this company.

Very competitive prices I bought fishing equipment ordered Tuesday evening 19.30 it arrived this morning 10.30 postage included absolutely fantastic Highly recommended they also do home ware. Definitely buy from them again.
