After an unsuccessful assessment, i decided to have the Advanced HGV Reverse Training to increase my chances. Not only reversing into bay seemed much easier after the training but also the course managed to boost my confidence.

As a recent pass Class 1 driver I wasn’t happy with the standard & consistency of my reversing. So I booked the 4 hour course specifically aimed at this- my instructor was Lee and without any hesitation I really recommend him & HGV Work Ltd. Lee is so experienced in the art of HGV’s and down to earth. If anyone else feels the same post test- this is the place to go 😁✔️👍

I had a short training for reversing in bay and driving with Ben and Paul, both are really kind and experienced. The lesson is worthy and it’s really help!

All the guys at HGV work LTD are top drawer. My trainer Adam was great in calming me down and not letting my nerves get the better of me, without you mate I don’t think I would’ve got through my test, a little mention to the trainers I met Paul, Bobby and Ben thank you all for your tips and advice.

Paul and Lee made me feel very welcome on my arrival. Had booked in for the advanced reverse morning session with Lee, and it was well worth the money spent and 240 miles travelled. I left Nottingham with confidence and with more skills. So thank you guys. Highly recommend your company to anyone struggling.

Having recently done my class 1 training with Paul I can 100% recommend this company. My instructor Chris was fantastic throughout and really put me at ease. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

A fantastic team of trainers who have built up their knowledge of HGV's over the years to now pass onto their learners. I have just passed my CE this morning having had Adam as my trainer and he was absolutely amazing. He put up with my tantrums, my panic modes and put my mind at ease and guided me into a whole new world of driving!

We shared laughs, tears, outbursts and I was kind enough to pass on my flu to him so we shared that during our training! I couldn't of got through any of this without Adam's knowledge and easy guiding. If I had to advise any future learners... just listen to what they're telling you! Fight against what your brain is telling you to do and listen... it will make life and the process a whole lot easier. Really happy with my experience with HGV Work Ltd and I'm sure I will be back again for a refresher course some point in the future. Many thanks to all

I recently did my C1 training with HGV Work Ltd, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was professional, organised, and incredibly supportive. My instructor, Nikki was excellent. Her calm and patient teaching style made all the difference, especially when it came to overcoming the more challenging moments of training (as an automatic driver for the past 5 years I'd definitely developed some bad habits that needed correcting!). She explained everything clearly, offering constructive feedback in a way that made me feel confident and at ease behind the wheel.

Nikki’s professionalism and dedication to her students are evident in every lesson. She took the time to understand my individual learning pace and tailored the lessons to ensure I fully grasped all the skills needed to pass my test. Her calm manner gave me the confidence I needed to pass my C1 test first time. Thanks to Nikki and the team at HGV Work Ltd, I am now a fully qualified emergency response ambulance driver, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their expertise and training.

Paul at HGV Work Ltd is a great driving instructor with a wealth of experience from driving for many years. Being in the army and passing my Class 1 license on a wagon and drag a few years ago, I was eager to get hands-on experience with artics, including coupling, uncoupling, and reversing. Paul went above and beyond, even taking me on tighter roads to simulate real-world challenges, which I handled confidently thanks to his guidance.

We also completed my Module 4 where you could really see just how passionate Paul really is with driving both practical and the theory side with how in-depth he would go with each topic.

10/10 service without breaking the bank and top bloke.

Found these guys online as I was looking for some hgv/artic reverse training after passing my hgv class 1 a few weeks ago. Thanks to Adam my trainer I now feel I’ve grasped the basics of what needs to be done to reverse on to bays etc. Adam was great at identifying what I was doing wrong and explaining what needed to be done to set up and make the reverse as easy as possible for myself. Overall really pleased with the results after an afternoon session and the facility’s and yard are just what you would come across in the real world.
Would highly recommend this company for any of your HGV training needs.
