I had been trying to get hold of a PS5 since October 2021 but to no avail until I came across HGWorld. Initially was not sure but went ahead with HGWorld using my instincts. I was not let down once by them especially Rishi who was very helpful/knowledgeable as he was the first person who I spoke to in HGWorld. I wish I had come across HGWorld earlier instead of wasting time with the likes of Amazon,Flipkart etc. Package arrived very securely without any problems except for some delivery issues due to the Diwali Festival Season which acceptable.
Advice to any one interested in getting PS5:
Just blindly buy from HGworld as you will not be let down..you will also get all genuine accessories as well.
When they say Customer Satisfaction is their priority, they mean it by going the extra mile in keeping the buyer informed sincerely.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
First of all, I am not a console player.
Although I have a PS4, I play games on pc mostly. But the hype around the PS5 & PS5 exclusives was so huge that I was badly tempted to own one.
I tried to buy one but the availability of the console was next to none.
I surfed the internet but in vain.
One day, I was just surfing casually & got to know about HG world.
Now, I had following doubts :
Is the product legit or not?
Yes, the product is 100% genuine & new.
Paying more than the MRP will be worthy or not?
Semiconductor crisis still exists so the availability may not be upto the mark for years. If you don't wanna wait more then you should go for it.
If there will be any power supply related problem as the product is imported?
I think not. Moreover, they provide a Indian cable.
What about the warranty?
As it is imported there will be no warranty from Sony but they provide seller's warranty. (If you pay but more the warranty can be extended)
It is a great experience buying from hgworld. Mr. Ankit, Mr. Rishi was very helpful.
