Straightforward ordering system, and quick delivery, but most importantly the products I purchased are well made and fit for purpose: classic pro grabber, surefoot shower board with handle and long handled sponge.

I was amazed as to how handy this little gadget is!
Unable to move or bend after an operation it is a lifesaver. Absolute must if you have limited mobility of any kind I would say. I can easily pick up the smallest things such as bits of fluff! My husband was also very impressed and has taken to using it himself!!
Well worth the money!! Highly recommended.

I ordered 2 'Helping Hands', but one of them arrived broken. I spoke with them on the telephone the next day and the very helpful guy said no problem, they will send out another the next day. This arrived promptly. Great customer service.

Already had one of these but decided that a second would be useful so did not have to walk so far to find it. Decided to buy the pair including the folding one which has proved to be so useful when carried in the car.
I had problems fitting the stick clips to the new ones and the after sales assistance was brilliant.

I have used their picker uppers or grabbers for years. It is a tried and tested product. I have only recently discovered the 18 inch version which is as excellent as the others and due to it's small size very convenient to use for my purposes.

Exactly what we wanted. Fit easily to extend the height of the toilet making getting on and off so much easier.

I ordered a wall mounted shower stool from HHC a couple of years ago and I am delighted to say that the quality was exceptionally high standard (and the price was really competitive compared to other online suppliers). Delivery is very quick and reliable.

My wife is long term disabled and confined to a wheelchair and I have increasing mobility problems. Our Helping Hand grabbers are essential and in daily use. After must be getting on for 20 years they are showing their age (jaws slack and deformed; aluminium stem loose from the trigger handle). I thought I would take up Helping Hand up on their Lifetime Guarantee offer to repair or replace and telephoned to ask where to send them. Very quickly told not to bother because new ones would be in the post and just discard the old ones. Excellent. First class service and much more than expected. Very impressed.
