Excellent quality and customer service
I bought some litter picking kits - litter picker, gloves, high-vis vest - for myself and my daughter for a school project.
When it became apparent that the kits would not be delivered in time for the activity Emma, one of the wonderful staff at Helping Hand Environmental, phoned me to say that she had litter pickers that I could collect from the factory on the day. In the end we were able to complete the activity as planned.
The quality of the litter pickers and bag hoop seems very good. We were able to comfortably pick up all the litter we found, and the bag hoop made it possible to easily transfer all the rubbish to the back without difficulty, or needing to use our hands. The design of the pickers means that they are strong and sturdy, yet precise enough to pick up very small and otherwise fiddly items.
I would definitely recommend this company to others.

All good, but no tracking information
All good, only negative is they don't send the tracking information so after 10 days with no delivery I called them, only to find that ParcelForce had pretended to deliver it and then left it at the local Post Office. If I had the tracking information I would have known this.

Good quality grabbers
Good quality grabbers which we have used for some years. Replacement rubber tips extend the useful life of the model I prefer. Others prefer the model which has a moveable gripper. We buy both and will continue to do so.
