I like these litter pickers, which help me pick things up at home. They are much more robust in mechanism than the typical litter pickers.

Simply the best litterpicker out there. Well packaged and good price. Saves you bending down. 33" just right for street picking.

THE most useful tool I own! Have had several helping hands for literally 40? years (am disabled so picking things up is difficult). I carry at least two with me to use one to pick up the fallen other! I recently drove over the long one in my power chair & broke it...😨 so needed to replace it. Very useful is the magnetic tip and the little spike for turning taps on & off & pulling my footrest up & down etc. NB I rarely use the hand of another make which has a different method of grabbing, relying on hand pressure & which doesn't work nearly as well.

I'm in a litter-picking group in Manchester and M/c Council uses Helping Hand litter-pickers. I have my own and find them great. I also lean on them when on slippery grass, tho that won't be part of the job spec.

I bought this trolley as an aid to my Litter Picking as I can’t carry heavy bags any more due to an injury sustained.

Ideal, lightweight and can actually fill the bags more than when I carried them along with me

My fourth or fifth purchase from HH was faultless as usual. The Litter pickers are great and excellent design compared with cheap alternatives. (One I bought lasted less than 30 minutes of picking!). Also the picking claws allow for picking up very small bits of plastic from the beaches where most of my picking is done.
One thing that could do with improvement is the trigger pivot pin. It always comes loose, and I have to resort to superglue to keep it in. Could do with a plastic melt at both ends of the pivot pin IMO.

Helping Hands Handy Cart was a great investment.

Bought these 2 litter pickers as presents , I already have one - they are the best around .The " claw " types have a tendency to break , the string stretches and they are not particularly efficient at picking heavier items such as glass bottles .These are much more ergonomic and suitable for all types of litter from cigarette butts to large ,full bottles .As a bonus you can also order extra rubber feet for when the originals wear out -it was only after several years of weekly use that I needed to replace mine.I have also bought these pickers as birthday presents for friends who have difficulty bending down when the drop something -all say " most useful present ever "
