Cool stuff for kids
Bought the "Graptor" for my 5year old grandson, who likes coming "litter wombling" with me, but struggles with adult pickers. the Graptor is the perfect size for him & looks very cool, apparently :)

19 Days later and no order received
I have used this company before and been delighted with their service and their products. However on this occasion the transaction has not been as seamless. I placed the order on the 3rd April and as of the 23rd April have yet to receive the order! I did get an email on the 11th April letting me know about the delay, however I feel I should have been informed of the potential delay when placing the order - not eight days later!
Coupled with the above, I am writing this review as the company has hounded me to leave a trustpilot review! Which is somewhat silly as I have yet to receive the order....

Litter Picker
Ordered a litter picker device as one that we had from another very well known on-line retailer was cheap and nasty and did not work properly. We already had one from hhenvironmental (under the name Helping Hands) and this is perfect for our needs. Quick delivery, good service and they kept us informed.

Bought a folding litter picker and foam…
Bought a folding litter picker and foam hoop for helping to keep open a litter bag. Both items look sturdy, and the hoop is lightweight but so useful! Company sent item when expected, and e-mailed me to tell me what day they would expect me to receive the items, which was correct. Good items, good communication, would recommend both.

Discuss, decide, order, deliver the right thing for the job
Very helpful by phone. Ordered the item on-line. It was delivered when expected. And the item does what I needed it for. It's a 6ft long litter picker, useful for removing rubbish from awkward places, and capable of lifting quite lumpy rubble, small discarded pipes, plastic and timber.
