I had an excellent experience with HHF Training Ltd while completing my Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (RQA).

The training was well-structured, practical, and aligned with real workplace requirements. The guidance provided throughout the course was clear, supportive, and highly professional, which made the learning process smooth and effective.

Used this as a course provider, although the price was on the lower side in hind site I would now use a more compliant organisation. Had a few issues with the marking and course content. Unsure if they are actually based within the UK, Slow to respond was made to feel as though was not adequate in the course, would defiantly research more before taking a lower price. Long wait for certificate even though AO had said it was sent out and when replacement turned up it actually says replacement so am not impressed

The LMS was quite user friendly, the assessor was highly knowledgeable and helped improve the submissions.

Syed was brilliant, always available to talk to whether that be on Facebook or via email, I passed my IAG which I am delighted about and I have since started my IQA Unit 3 course, of which I am looking forward to also passing. I would definitely not hesitate to do another course with Syed as he is amazing and will do whatever he can to ensure that you pass with ease.
