The customer service from the team was absolutely incredible. I had so many questions as I have viewed many different skylights online. They got back to me quickly and were so helpful. We recently got a Sky Window for our kitchen, and the whole experience was amazing! The product is high quality and looks absolutely fantastic in our home. Delivery was super fast and free, which was such a nice bonus.

I actually went to their warehouse to see the product in person, and during my visit, I lost my ring. Honestly, I didn’t think there was any chance of finding it again, but they went above and beyond, carefully searching and eventually finding it for me. I was so relieved and grateful when they handed it back to me!

On top of that, they included extra items like supportive silicone and rubber bands without any additional charge. This kind of thoughtful service really stood out to me. I’ll definitely come back to them for any glass-related needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience using HiSky. After being let down by another company, the whole team at HiSky were so unbelievably helpful.

I ordered two flat roof skylights, a 1200 x 1000, and a 600 x 3000. The skylights themselves are as described and well packaged. I will update this review with pictures once they’re installed.

The driver came in the half hour delivery window that I received the morning of, and both skylights were delivered with ease.

Good value for money, great communication even after office hours, and a helpful delivery driver. The service from start to finish was leaps and bounds better service over the first company I tried. Cannot recommend HiSky highly enough.

Dimitar of hisky was so helpful. The ordering and delivery process went smoothly. I realised I hadn't ordered the installation pack and called Dimitar who was extremely informative and helpful to direct me to where I could get hold of these items sharing links directly. Unfortunately we had a problem with one of the window cracking when we took it up on the roof. I think this was our fault. The windows were in tact on delivery. Dimitar very kindly responded immediately and arranged re-delivery at no cost the next working day which went well over and above and as such I highly recommend this company and the rare personal and outstanding customer service!!
