Whilst I ordered the Berkeley Lever Latch Door Handle Pack, and the label on the box said just that, all I got where the handles. The package was missing the hinges and latch, but there was no damage to the box. I didn't complain because I only needed the handles. However, if you actually wanted the whole set, then it would have been a big disappointment and probably a lot of hassle to get the additional bits sent through. I did click & collect, was very fast delivery but would have needed to make a second journey at my cost to collect the missing bits. This is why I haven't given a 5 star rating.

Really good quality door handle, bought to replace B&Q handle, but this is far superior. Came with hinges, screws and catch. Would recommend!
