Charlie Finance Co. 

I started an account with Charlie because they made the promise of depositing my SS check 4 days.early and great customer service and protection of my money. I did get my check early and for the.most part the ladies I spoke to at customer service were very nice however... I had over 600.00 transferred from. my account into cash app accounts that were not authorized. I filed fraud comments and followed all the steps even sending g them copies of.my actually cash app which showed.no activity so apparently whoever was taking my money had cash app accounts that they set up In Order to.scam people out of money. Charlie was very slow on putting any money back into my account and I had to tell them I was Incurring late fees on my bills and didn't have any groceries.aftwr finally putting g the.money back into my account and me getting g a new.card and changing my passwords etc I was able.to.start catching.up on my bills except somehow cash app transfers began again! I alerted the bank again and was put on hold. Then the lady came.back saying my account was closed and I could not.bank.with Charlie. She told me.to check my emails .the email I received either meant that my activity was suspicious or that Charlie was.not.capable.of keeping my money safe. I have.open dispute cases and.had 60..00 in my account when they closed it. I had.nothing to do with my money being g.taken out and.have.asked them to.please let me know their findings and to.replace the money that was not.authorized to.be.taken I dont.know how people hack accounts or.scam.people and.apparently Charlie can't figure it out.either but I do know they need to replace what was taken from. My account and I will most certainly find a better and.more secure bank to do.business with. Also.. cash app was taking money out of my account but.my cash app was not.linked to my account.i would like to see criminal charges brought up.against whoever.did.this butfinding out what Charlie's investigation has uncovered is not info they seem to be able.to provide.

Scammed my mom into switching her account over to them. No customer support to follow up with. Absolute nightmare of a service.

The Allpoint "in network/service fee free" ATM listings locstions on their website are bullsh*t...I spent over an hour on two separate occasions, two weeks apart reporting the same error for the same ATM, and having the $3 fees refunded...

I moved deposits to Charlie and they did not send me card till I complained and had no access to my money they say 8-10 business days a failed to send to address I tell them to do .before I see card it had 4 charges from 4 different businesses with 4 different support numbers when I call to dispute they tell me 90 days to get money back .I call the numbers 4 different numbers got same person all 4 places I called. Thinking must be connected to Charlie bank to have info in first place. None could tell me who or where servisec were to be for. ???????

Really regret joining this company .. the customer service is crap and take forever to get someone .. if you make a complaint hope you have funds to get by till you get results.

I have had A charlie account for several months. Everything good with SSI
This is second and third time someone has used my info with card to make fraudulent purchases This time wiped me out. I'm losing faith in this really fast.

Really appreciate the text notification when my card is used… such a good safety feature. And the Interest I am receiving on my account is adding up fast! No complaints from me!

The nicest thing Charlie Financial can do is disappear. One suggestion is for them to act out their version of Jacques Cousteau, but forget to fill their oxygen tanks

So far not so good. My Social Security check did come five days early and was deposited into my Charlie account. But I have no card yet and cannot even get a virtual card number so that I can use it. And my rent is due. If I get evicted…

Their strategies are now clear, I didn’t incur significant losses with them since my investment wasn’t substantial. “Easy _bee” is my preferred choice, having generated more returns with them in a short period, much more better than this firm.

There’s no withdrawals and transparency. Extremely disappointed, now I’m stuck with pending payout and just numbers on screen. The customer service has been unhelpful, leaving me feeling scammed. I’ve since switched to “Easy bee” as I’ve good review of them which has proven to be dependable.

So. Signed up with Charlie all went well and easy to use. Love getting deposit early 4 or 5 day s...tracking messages appreciated and so far on track

Well lets start with how CHARLIE screwed my husband and his s.s deposit. He had just signed up with them and the first Deposit was put into someone else's account. It's been weeks and nothing has been resolved. They owe him all his S.S money, just keep given him the run around. I will be seeking Law Suit!!!!

One of the reasons I signed up with Charlie by the way odd name for a banking app is because they claimed you could get your check up to 4 weeks early wrong once signed up they changed it to 3days early nice I was and still am very angry when I called all they said was oh sorry about that now I have run into another issue I was refunded money from a shoe store and have never gotten it four weeks now just great needless to say I am leaving Charlie I do not trust them at all if I were you I would not get any where near them thank you for listening

Charlie is lying about giving SSA people advances "Upto 4 weeks early" This is a boldface LIE! It's just a trick used against people to get there hopes up somebody might really want to help. They have no intentions of helping anyone but themselves

The REALLY inconvenient things is is that it's taking a long time to get my debit card!!! It's very annoying. Good thing I can at least use the virtual card in the meantime. I love that my social security direct deposit was available to me SIX days early!! Love it. Too bad customer service isn't available on weekends. And WHERE IS YOUR APP? Is there even one? Or does it all go through the website. I sincerely hope there is an app attached to my account. So far, so good, I guess. Time will tell.

Why is there not ONE review praising Charlie finance Co for getting the social security deposit up to 4 weeks early ?????

Their current ads proclaim you can get your social security deposit up to 4 weeks early after I signed up they're talking about 2 to 3 days LOL

Gives Really good advice and helps you improve your credit and see what your expenses. Awesome app

In comparison to other 'assistants', Charlie seems to be on a slightly better level. It's easy for these to be 'over' programmed rendering them invasive, assuming and annoying- but Charlie seems to know when to cool his jets- I'm anxious to see what else he conjours up as time passes.
