Dishonest practices
Dishonest practices. We send back hair that was the wrong colour, and they refused to pay us back saying the package had been opened (it hadn't!). And of course, they did not send back the package which we supposedly had opened. Completely dishonest. Do not buy from them.

Faulty product, horrible customer service
I ordered hair extension tape from this company. The tape was incredibly weak resulting in over 20 hair extensions falling out within the first few days of the installation and during the first wash.
I contacted customer service for a refund, but they asked irrelevant questions and then ignored me for over a week.
They send an automatic email asking for a positive review in exchange for 15€ of the customers next purchase. That tells you everything you need to know, bribing customers for a good review because they are terrible.

tape in hair extensions
I bought the tape in hair extensions, I wasn't expecting much after reading the reviews but the hair is really nice.
Just needing some extra thickness in the front of my head, I didnt need to cover the full head.
I just got one pack to try (which only contains 4 tapes/2 sandwiches) and they are very nice quality and a lovely natural colour - toned nicely to match my own (the blonde was slightly more yellow than my own) but took the toner beautifully.
They don't get matted or tangled throughout the day and they are easy to style.
Delivery didn't take too long either.
Love them, will repurchase.
