Some hiccups with order promptly resolved
There was a slight hiccup with my order in that Stripe did not pull through the delivery address correctly. Unfortunately at this point the website contact form was not working. Anyhow, Luke sorted everything out very promptly and pleasantly once he was made aware of these issues, and the products are great.

A good honest retailer
I'd initially been disappointed with what seemed like hidden charges but the retailer reached out immediately to ask for more information and within just a couple of days they discovered and resolved an issue with postage calculations on their checkout. Very impressed with their customer service.
Everything arrived quickly and well packaged. I'll definitely shop here again.

Thank you for your order and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. You should have been eligible for free delivery as long as the purchase was over £40 not including the discounts, so we encourage you to contact us regarding such matters before placing the order in the future to ensure everything is resolved promptly.
As for the coupon, it depends on which one was used. If it was the 5% off code, that is sitewide and should apply to all products. We’ll investigate this further to ensure everything is functioning correctly.
Our team reached out to you at luke@hickmandesign.co.uk so we can look into this for you and make things right, please can you email back so we can get this sorted for you :)
We truly appreciate your custom and look forward to assisting you.
Kind regards
