Had to email on both occasions to see where my orders were which is not for business

The customer service was excellent, I absolutely loved the arrangements they put together for the wedding, delivery was spot on and I could not have been happier with the service and delivery!

The best!!! The flowers are simply stunning, still can’t believe I get to look at my bouquet every day for the coming years 🤩 The bundles are so worth it and crowns are just the easiest to wear. Order at least 3 months in advance if you need anything bespoke. I organised my wedding under 2 months and chose a existing bundle which arrived in less than 2 weeks. Best company for any flower envie. 💕

The seller was very helpful when it came to creating a custom order for corsages to match the bouquets for my wedding. Everything arrived very well packaged and well before the expected delivery date! I can't wait to show them off at the wedding, 10/10 would recommend them!

The flowers are falling apart after being removed from the box.

The hair pieces I ordered are much paler than I expected. I was looking forward to vibrant blue and purple. Instead I got mild greens and browns.

When I emailed politely to ask about these issues I received no response.

Love love love my orders from Hidden Botanics. I live in the USA and was worried about ordering something so important from an international merchant but I do not regret it.

I love the option to make bundles. Calga and her team and super responsive and make beautiful arrangements.

The products are very fragile but so beautiful. I would recommend this company to any bride looking for a way to make their wedding more unique and special.

Lovely dried flowers which were packaged with care. Customer support was also very quick when I enquired about delivery. So happy to be able to keep my wedding bouquet for as long as I want!

I wasn’t impressed with my order from Hidden Botanics. I ordered a dried flower crown, which was lovely, but also a bouquet and some buttonhole flowers, which were unusable. I added the buttonhole by clicking the add co-ordinating piece option after selecting the flower crown. When it arrived, it matched the bouquet, but when I mentioned this to customer services, they claimed there wasn’t an option to specify which piece should be matched. Be careful with this if you order a matching piece. The bouquet had a mix of dried and artificial flowers and the artificial flowers looked awful — really cheap and very plasticky. They were definitely very overpriced. The returns policy is complicated — you have to pay postage and then they charge a restocking fee even for generic items. When I wrote to customer services my email was ignored and then my follow up email received a rude response. I did manage to persuade them to refund the full amount of my order, but I still lost the postage fee, the fast order fee I paid, and the cost of sending the flowers back. I’d be very cautious about using this company again.

Really bad experience! Avoid this company especially for future brides. I ordered a medium size bridal bouquet but they’ve sent me a small one. I measured it and it’s not even close to the approximate size that was advertised. This stressed the hell out of me as I’ve paid so much and I only received a small cheap bouquet and my wedding will be this week already. I also don’t get why they would need to deduct 30% of the cost i’ve paid if the mistake was on their side!! rubbish company! so disappointing!

Absolutely loved our wedding flowers, they were so colourful and looked amazing. Exactly what we wanted.

It was really easy to order - I was able to order my bouquet then add on all the extras to match, including bridesmaids bouquets, button holes, flower crowns, small table bunches, and a metre garland. They were delivered quickly and safely, and were easy to transport on the day with no worries.

Added bonus, the bridesmaids and groomsmen could keep theirs as a keepsake, and my bouquet is on show in a vase at home.

I am updating my review again as it has taken 4 weeks and 2 emails to get my partial refund, I have frankly found dealing with their customer service as hostile and uncooperative, they disputed this review but I have been verified as a genuine customer.

I ordered the daisy bridesmaids bouquet and when it arrived it was dreadful, squashed and dropping bits, it looks cheap and like someone has sat on it, nothing like the pictures on the website and I am flabbergasted by so many positive reviews. Refund policy is not a full refund as stated handmade, this is not handmade, I would avoid like the plague.

Beyond expectations, the flowers I ordered were so beautiful that we are going back for more for our wedding. They are so lovingly made. Arrival was later than described on the website however as a large, handmade order I am not disappointed - just be sure to order in plenty of time if it's big.
Customer service also really fast and helpful as I am ordering products that are not pictured.

Hidden Botanics flowers are a good quality product. They lost points with the packaging of the product. The box they came in was destroyed. The box was bent, torn, and the bottom half of the package was damp. Luckily it didn't affect the flowers. An additional note: when I ordered I assumed that they were a company made in the USA and was surprised to learn they were a company in the UK. I could have done more research in the about the company as their "about us" page states they are a company based in the UK.

I absolutely loved my hiddenbotanics flowers! They came through the post within a few days and in excellent condition! They were just perfect for the big day! They also came as shown on the photos, I wasn’t disappointed at all. So much so that I’m using them as a centrepiece for my dining table since the wedding!

I ordered a medium bouquet and matching boutonnière about 5 weeks out from my wedding. On the website they claim they dispatch in 7 days, not true ours took over 10 business days to be shipped out. Shipping information then had to be requested twice before they sent the proper info to me. When the package finally arrived, only 1 day before our wedding, the flowers were crushed flat, falling off of their stems, didn’t resemble the picture at all and the boutonnière came without a pin. I had to make my own bouquet and boutonnière the day of my wedding. When I contacted customer service with pictures of my flattened and falling apart flowers they told me that was typical. When I said this isn’t what the reviews or product description indicated they said I could either foot the bill to send it back (nearly the cost of the item) or just keep it with no refund. In the end i just threw them out. They were awful, falling apart, and nothing like the image. Customer service is not helpful. All in all this cost me a good deal of money for disappointment and lack of customer support.

First set of flowers didn't arrive, communication was good at first and they were re-sent out, still without tracking even though the first lot hadn't made it, which was pretty stressful with the wedding coming up fast. They did arrive, just the day before i needed them. However, aside from this the flowers were beautiful and just as i was hoping!

I love my beautiful Hidden Botanic flowers. They arrived on time and were everything I could have hoped for. I am so happy I used Hidden Botanics! Thank you for making our experience memorable.
