Mispelt Order Help
Had an issue with my order, with me mispelling a word on my ordered card.
After creating a ticket and not getting a ticket number I contacted the FB page and had a lovely lady Rebecca who quickly cancelled and gave me a refund so I could rectify the spelling mistake on my ordered card.

I ordered two keycords and cards for my husband and daughter with autism. We're traveling next week by plane and it could be very helpful if they had the keycords, but when finalizing the order I noticed that the delivery time was between 10-12 working days. I contacted the customer support by using their web-form and got a very fast reaction from Rebecca. She helped to speed up the process and I got my order already! I'm super glad that they: a) did promptly react to my message!, b) they did read my message and helped solve my issue! and c) went out of their way to help and made totally my day! Thank you!

Rebecca was so helpful when assisting me with a recent order which for no fault of her own had firstly a printing issue in promptly organising a replacement. There was some delay receiving it (again due to no fault from Rebecca) and Rebecca was so so kind and supportive in organising a quick replacement, making it appear effortless and was so quick to reply and resolve the issue. Rebecca really took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to resolve it, being so sincerely kind and helpful. Very grateful and amazing customer service

I ordered a number of products from Hidden Disabilities, which arrived promptly. There were a couple of issues with the contents of my order. However, when I emailed, I received a swift and very helpful response from Rebecca. My new order arrived just as swiftly. Seems to be the same old story as a lot of people, wish I'd looked on here first. Ordered a lanyard for my autistic daughter and a couple of other things several months ago. Despite chasing them I'm either ignored or told it's on it's way. An absolute disgrace of a company.

It took 3 months and lots of emails to receive our order. It wasn't what we were expecting either. In the photo was a lanyard but none arrived just a paper card. Postage was high for said item. We had to sign for it too. The delivery driver battered the door when a sign on it clearly asks you not to as the owner has an acute hearing disability. Hence need for card and lanyard. Disappointing. I'll be using other sources in future.

Also, you can't order UK products to be send to other European countries anymore. Quality has gone bad in just 2 years. Terrible website outside the UK. Very disappointed, won't order anything anymore.

Ordered a lanyard a month ago and still haven’t received it (States a 5-7 delivery time). Have sent 3 emails asking for updates on the status of my order to no reply.
I finally decided to issue this email:
I have still not received my order as stated in the email below and there for I am issuing this final email.
If i do not have my money refunded or I have not received the products within the next 7 days, my bank will be retrieving the money from your company with added charges and I will also be reporting you to the trading standards agency.
As stated this will be my final email before I begin to take actions.

But if ever you’re in a position like this with any company, this wording of email gets rather quick responses 😌

Shockingly bad service
Shockingly bad service. Ordered 25th July and still nothing has arrived. I’ve asked for my money back as I need them for a holiday end of August and no longer needed, but no response whatsoever. Have now reported to my credit company to get the money back from them. Stay away!

I ordered my anxiety card 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted hidden disabilities yesterday filling out an automated form saying I ordered over 10 days ago and have still not received my order, only to receive an automated email saying that my order may be lost, and if it is then they will resend it, when any other normal company would say refund instead. It then said that if I do not hear from them then I can just assume it has been resent, which really annoyed me, as why can't they just simply communicate with me directly telling me what the exact situation is with my order, is that really so difficult? I need to know if my order has been resent or not, as if they do not contact me notifying me of this I could easily just end up in the same position of not receiving any communication again and it just getting lost again?! It also said at the end of the email very shadily that I do not need to reply to this email, even though I really did need to reply since I had loads of questions like what is the deal with my order and when will it arrive, and this just seemed very shady to me!
I am absolutely furious at this, having had my money stolen off me like this, having still not received my order after 2 weeks and not receiving any communication whatsoever, it's absolutely appalling, and to be told they'll resend it if its lost without telling me if they have resent it, leaving me to just wait completely unaware of whether I'm going to get my order or not. I am also disgusted by the very extortionate shipping prices, having paid 72p for my card with the grand total coming to £3.84.
I also contacted them complaining about this, but of course have had no reply.
It seems like, from my own personal experience and seeing all these reviews, that they are exploiting customers deliberately and are a very shady company, with the severe lack of communication and vagueness being most infuriating. To think it's supposed to be a company for vulnerable people too is just disgusting, for them to be messing with them and exploiting them like this. I'm definitely reporting to trading standards and doing a serious, formal complaint if I still don't receive my order in next few days.

Terrible company. No goods have been sent and it’s impossible to cancel the order I would question if this company are genuine or merely using disabled people as a marketing ploy. Avoid.
