Great products and delivered on exactly what I asked for. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a moon orb. The first one arrived badly damaged (light strip was ripped and had a large dent. Quickly replaced but the second one the light strip as also damaged and it does not work like the adverts. There is zero control over it. Each time it took a couple of weeks to arrive. The product is made from very flimsy plastic and not worth the asking price.

I have ordered from this company twice and with both orders my items have not turned up. I have had to contact them and wait another however many weeks for the replacement to be sent out and delivered. Awful.

Update - thank you for your reply. I am thankful the first order for the charging stand has been delivered but I am still waiting for the second order to arrive for the keychain which was supposedly dispatched on 25th Jan

I got two necklaces for christmas presents and they were absolutely amazing! Had a slight issue with one but the problem was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend :)

I would have given 5 stars for initial responses (Acted immediately when notified my order did not arrive. Excellent service). However. 3 stars because after 2 months since order the original goods turned up. I have sent 3 emails requesting instructions to return free of charge no reply. I assume they do not want the item returned. I do not require 2.

I was a bit worried about the order seeing some of the comments so I reached out to them and got a very quick reply reassuring me that my order was being made and wouldn't take much longer to be delivered. The order arrived and it is so beautiful, I'm very happy with it. I highly recommend it to anyone that's like a special gift for the ones they love.

Ordered a heard Crown necklace for my wife's birthday, delivery took a little longer than expected but when it turned up she was over the moon with it. The description said Sterling rose gold, the only thing I could suggest to the company is a 'care for your jewellery' page to say whether it's safe to get wet and how to keep clean etc... apart from that absaloutly fantastic, very happy

I ordered my item on the 15th January and soon realised I had no idea how long delivery was as I couldn't find it anywhere on the site. I contacted the company who responded quickly and informed me, in detail, the time frame for each part to my order. I calculated this to be about 2 weeks with their informed delays. I was patient but concerned considering some bad reviews and after the time frame had passed I messaged again. They responded quickly again to say my order had been dispatched and low and behold, it arrives today (04/02).

I got a keyring for myself with a photo of my dog who passed before Christmas. It's perfect and came wrapped well in a small box.

I cannot fault the company and I can only speak positively of them as they responded quicker than most would, gave full details and although I didn't get a dispatch email like they originally said, it was fine and everything was what I expected.

It's a really lovely gift, well made and looks very elegant.
My wife loved it & is wearing it.

Amazing. The necklace that I ordered for my mum for her birthday is beautiful. The reason why I put four stars is because the delivery took longer. It was delivered by Royal Mail so it was no surprise it was delivered late. Next time I order from here I would definitely order well in advance

My sister and I, bought a necklace for our cousin for Christmas, containing a photo of my Uncle who had passed away. The necklace is beautiful, the photo, was a cropped screen shot from a photo taken on a mobile phone. It’s perfect. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a necklace for my mum and she cried over FaceTime when I shown her due to them moving away and living abroad! Honestly the most gorgeous necklace with a family photo inside! So I went and ordered one for myself!

Absolutely appalling company. Don't waste your money. I ordered a holographic necklace for my sister's birthday and I'm still waiting! I've repeatedly emailed because the tracking number with Royal Mail doesn't exist and they do not have the parcel but they just say that it's not been scanned yet and it will 'pop up' in 2-3 days. It hasn't and probably never will. A total scam. Really upset that I've had to buy something else instead. Appalling company.

Eventually Communicated with company regarding issues. They were very apologetic.
Necklace finally arrived and it's absolutely beautiful so no issue there. If you want to order from this company then order a long time in advance as items take ages to arrive. Also, the tracking number provided never works so don't expect to know when it will arrive. Finally, the image on the necklace is very difficult to see so keep trying, you'll see it eventually!
Overall I'd give them a three star review.

It took a while for the order to come due to so many orders being made but it was worth the wait.

Really lovely piece of jewellery. Bought this as an 18th birthday present. and was warmly received. The projection photo is the modern take of a locket. Loved this product very much. Thank you Custom Items.

Ordered the projection necklace as a gift and it is great. Works great when using phone torch, image is very clear. Took 2 weeks from order date to create and deliver. Came in a nice box too. Would recommend this product for personal touch gifts. Great customer service too from start to finish. Answered within 24 hours to any questions I had.

Took about 3 weeks to arrive, when it finally did was the wrong item, Comes in a thin envelope and inside a small plastic bag not really very good especially when you want to give it as a gift.
Had to email them about the wrong item received which they are now changing however will now have to wait another 3 weeks for the correct one to arrive, was supposed to be a birthday present which will now be 5 weeks late

Ordered my product, there was an issue with delivery stating product was delivered but I hadn't received, they sent me a replacement straight away which arrived without a problem, amazing when arrived, will definitely order again.

Took a bit of time to arrive and was too late for Christmas but product is very good quality. Unfortunately it doesn’t charge any iPhone, only a 12 without case.

I bought this necklace for a friend who’s husband had passed away. At first we couldn’t see anything but we didn’t realise you have to put your phone torch flush against the necklace. We are delighted with it and it’s a lovely keepsake. I have ordered two more for other friends. I did contact customer service who responded and helped with my query.
