Be careful with companies offering to process Marriage Allowance claims. You can apply yourself for free directly through HMRC via GOV.UK, and keep 100% of any refund. From experience, using third parties can lead to ongoing unsolicited messages. Safer to go direct.

Signing the forms was tricky as not much space to put signatures

Well received a letter from them saying I have received 600 and they will take 40% as commission and asked if I wanted cash or coupons to spend, said wanted cash gave them my bank details which tgey say fosent exist, gave tgem my wife's account no have heard nothing from them. Is this a scam?

I was contacting the company in regards to my family members tax return, where they were given an invoice with no reasoning as to why they owed the money. I emailed on the 20th of October for help with this, as a concerned family member, and am still yet to receive a reply, even though it clearly states on the letter if there any questions to email.

Not only this, but my family members have called multiple times since receiving the invoice, were told they would be contacted (probably by email) and they have received nothing. No phone call, no email, no letter. No form of communication to help them at all

Digital services offer a convenient way to complete claims filing in a seamless and efficient manner. I didn't have to print out any form on my computer in order to complete application

The company could improve on signature box make it bigger for more space because it's difficult to get all signature in the box.

The form that you submit to them, they simply forward it to HMRC and then take 48% of your refund for doing so.

THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR TAX RECORDS. THEY DO NOT INVESTIGATE ANYTHING. THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE IT SOUND LIKE A COMPLICATED PROCESS, WHEN IT REALLY IS NOT.

You can apply online, direct to HMRC via their own website for the current year. For previous years, simply print the claim form and complete it, then post it to HMRC yourself. Any refund due will be paid by HMRC, 100% of it, in full direct to you.
