One of the worst scams.you waste your time and data watching so many videos and they don't reward you for that. No promo code appears after many videos. Same with pixel TV as well as ilamoden .TV.dont waste time or data behind these scams

Sadly the only way to gain points outside of the USA is redeeming promo codes and the daily bonus. Their videos don´t show ads in Europe since september 2023.

The good news: there is fast help from their staff if you have problems transfering your points to linked earning sites

Complete scam. Their support site is deleted and they do not respond on any social media. They effectively stole $150 from me and a housemate when our accounts suddenly were blocked on the same day we tried to redeem for gift cards.

I've been using Hideout TV for several years now and have seen that the compensation has varied, but overall seems to have decreased. Recently, I went to sign into my account and received a window indicating that my account had been temporarily suspended. No explanation to why but a email address: support at hideoutcares dot zendesk dot com to contact for further assistance. I sent an email to this address explaining that my account has been suspended in error. I never got a response to my email, so I followed up and found out that Zendesk is a third party customer service company that no longer services Hideout TV. So now I have to contact Hideout TV directly and there is no information as far as direct customer support for Hideout TV. This is ridiculous. I would like my account reinstated so that I can cash out my points.

My questions were answered very well. Proper response too.

I tried this platform for several days in a row, but it doesn't seem to work: zero points, even though some ads appeared on the screen. I was active, put likes and comments to every video for some hours, but still zero points. I have looked around for comments of other people who may had similar or different experiences, and it seems that it's quite a common issue. Probably this platform doesn't work at all, or maybe it used to work some time ago but now it clearly doesn't do what it is expected to do. This will result in people abandoning it.

I encountered a blatantly obvious scam.

After completing legitimate tasks on the website, I found myself banned the following day.

Despite not using a VPN, I was given no explanation. Upon reaching out to support, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Their responses consisted of repetitive and incomplete answers, ultimately leading to frustration:

"After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that your account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account.

Lootup.me Compliance Team"

I work in the field, so I'm sure they have 0 reason to do that.

Thanks to the support team it did take a time to get the issue fixed. But i feel the response for the issue was helpful and fluid communications till the issue got fixed

I would get email replies pretty quickly from the HideOut team and my content creator issues have always been solved.

This is the worst company , banning people for no reason, when you reach their support there is no answers well this company is bad !

Rewards became unavailable. Although it took a few weeks, my ability to earn rewards was reinstated. Not very happy about those weeks of not earning anything, but grateful for the support to get back to watching and earning.
