This device is useless. I've had it in my vehicle for a week and it has only recorded three locations. Hours after I left the area. I have contacted customer service three times without any help or any answers. Not to mention I waited two weeks for delivery from China. Stay away from this product.! Total scam!

Bullshit claims

they claim realtime tracking. sometimes it doesnt update for more than 9 hours. it seems to just drop a pin where ever i was close to it with my phone last. they say its discreet. it alerts any one who the tracker is with for a certain amount of time. it also claims to be accurate within 8 feet. not even close. not even 80'

Six emails later and still no response. Bought a four pack of the HiDrive Trace and one is defective; it will not sync with my iPhone. After using the other three they are far from a real time tracker, there can be up to 4 Hr. delay in the tracking. Stay clear of this company, the price may be attractive but does NOT hold any value for the money.

I’ve been trying to contact customer service. They say my order shipped and was delivered. Not so. No return from my effort. Glad your business is good but not what people expect now days.

I purchased 8 of these trackers due to the ad stating they were real time trackers. I paired the tracker to my phone as stated in the instructions. Then I proceeded to experiment to see if they were real time trackers. These trackers are NOT real time trackers. I made 5 attempts to contact Hidrive for a refund. I didn't receive one response. It is currently under dispute with my credit card company. This company is a FRAUD!!

Please be very careful paying an introductory €0.95 for a car check, within 2 days they had taken a €37.90 Monthly subscription taken from my account. Really sneaky of this business and a real scam. Do not pay this. If you are caught with this block future payments to them. Disgraceful practices from typical scammers.

So upset. My credit card was used to purchase products not approved by me. I immediately emailed them to request order is cancelled (within 30 mins of order being placed) and have had no reply despite repeated emails begging for assistance!
I’m a disabled lady on a pension now left with an expense I cannot afford for items I did not order. So upset

This company has terrible customer service. I received little updates on the tracking of my product. After 2 weeks of email the email on their website someone finally emailed me back asking for my order number. They never responded back after I provided it. I finally received the Hidrive Pro 2 and it seems to work so far but I don't give it good odds that if I want to return it under their websites satisfaction guaranteed policy that I will be able to.
