Return process a nightmare.

I have tried repeatedly to get return forms for my items I was returning and they repeatedly told me that I didn't even read their email . They said that they sent me 4 return forms which they did not. Then today I received an email that said my return was not up to their standards and expectations. They will not refund my money even though I had not even opened the package . I sent it back exactly how it came to me. Be ware of this company. They will find some reason as to why the one return I made was not acceptable.

Terrible customer service / questionable quality

Terrible customer service, questionable quality. I will quote the negative side of the internet's consensus:
"Common Negative Feedback
Customer Service & Returns: A major point of frustration is the brand's strict 30-day return policy. Customers have reported being denied returns for defective items because the issue was discovered just outside this window. Additionally, some users find the high cost of return shipping (sometimes over $60 for a comforter) to be unreasonable.
Manufacturing Quality: Some reviewers describe the products as feeling "cheaply made" relative to their price point. Specific complaints include:
Durability Issues: Threads pulling or seams falling apart after the first cleaning or a few months of use.
Chemical Odors: Reports of strong "chemical stenches" upon unboxing that are difficult to air out.
Design Flaws: Minor manufacturing defects like incorrectly sewn or fraying table runners.
Washing & Maintenance: While the brand often recommends dry cleaning for their more intricate sets, users have noted that even following these instructions can result in damaged goods, such as broken threads and holes." Stay away.

BEEN WAITING 5 MONTHS FOR MY ORDER! BEWARE! THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING EITHER!

I paid for matching comforter shams back in February! It’s the end of July- STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM!

I also ordered a VERY EXPENSIVE throw pillow, when it arrived it was the wrong size!!!
They will not pay for return shipping, I took it to UPS AND IT WOULD HAVE COST ME $58.00 to return it!
BEWARE, THEY WILL ONLY RETURN PRODUCT IF YOU PAY THE SHIPPING. BEDDING IS NORMALLY LARGE ITEMS. VERY EXPENSIVE!

I AM NOT HAPPY!!
