This organisation is a waste of space. I had a heat pump installed by SWS Northwest, which failed to heat the house as the heat loss calculations where all wrong. This organisation completely sided with the installer. They even refused to help with the ADR process, even though SWS broke their own contract by refusing to go to ADR.
Completely biased in favour of the company, couldn’t careless about the customer.

Everything explained. Scaffolders and fitting crew were excellent. Completed as per dates given

Excellent team installed my heat pump and necessary radiators efficiently with minimum of disruption. Can’t complement them enough for friendly approach and competent outcome.

I had already had a some quotes from other solar companies, and I almost went with another company, a dear friend and colleague passed me details for this company, really pleased I did, Andrew and Ian thank you kindly, a truly lovely little family run business where nothing is to much trouble.

The process was pretty painless and installation completed in two days. The team were courteous and good humoured.
Well worth going with a local supplier, who also beat bigger suppliers on price.

I’m very happy with the installation process. The staff (Sham I think his name is) who first attended to market the product was very knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly and installation was done and completed with the solar working straight away. The engineer was very good and nice, as well as the guys who installed the panels.

Although Project Solar was more expensive than the other providers I contacted, I am pleased with their work.
I am particularly impressed at how quickly they helped in setting up the SEG for solar exporting and importing, and within 4 weeks, this was up and running. Thank you 🙏🏾
