Jabra Elite Active 65t

I bought Jabra Elite Active 65t couple of months ago. There is an issue with right side earbud. Sometimes it works sometimes it's not. Couple of example : Every morning it takes me around 5 minutes to play with it in my ear until music comes out of it. Or when I am running out of nowhere it stops working so most of the time I have to run with only left earbud.

So I reached out to support ,very fast respond. Then went into a shop describe my problem then an employee checked it. I don't doubt it right there it worked. Then I was dismissed with " this a working". So right now I have half working Jabra Elite Active 65t. However I should have fully working earbud rightfully.

I found this approach pretty offensive as it feels like that employee didn't believe what I have said. This is pretty negative in many ways.

We are very sorry if there is something wrong with your headphones. The Jabra Elite 65t is one of the most popular models on the market right now and normally they work perfectly.
Please bring them back to one of our shops so we can test them once again - maybe for a couple of days if the problem come and goes and is not there all the time.

One star is too much!!

I would give them zero star, but unfortunately the minimum is one.

I have bought a pair of B&W 607 speakers and a NAD AMP1 from HiFi Klubben Roskilde as brand new, not something like demo sale. When I got home I noticed both of them are used and damaged. If that was only one of them, maybe I was thinking that they were not aware, but both of them!!!

I came back the next working day and asked them to assist. They didn't have them available in the store. So they suggested to send them to my address and they also charged me 69 kr. for the shipping which was totally unfair, I was already two times in the store because of their mistake! and I had to pay the shipping as well.

The hifi klubben customer treatment is just awful. This was my worst ever.

Great service

Great service. My 75" tv was delivered in perfect condition. The information and attention I received in the store, phone support and net store was exceptional. I went to Elgiganten first, but decided against purchasing from them because they weren't very informative. Hifi Klubben deserves high praise.
