it is very stupid. I used the video models and some are okay and some are cery bad . The pricing is very unfair, especially since they took all my unused credits that is worth over $50 just to charge me again the next month.
The canvas feature is very bad, it does not generate images 50 percent of the times, it is also very very slow.
Further, if you just cancel your plan, they will take all your credits even if you have just renewd your subscription !

I’m writing this to let anyone considering or currently subscribed to Higgsfield know about something I wish I had been aware of from the beginning.
If you subscribe to a monthly plan, be aware that any unused monthly credits do not roll over when your subscription renews. Once your billing cycle ends, any remaining credits that you paid for are forfeited.
I discovered this the hard way. I have been subscribed since February, but due to work and family obligations, I wasn’t able to use all of my credits for the month of June. When my subscription renewed, 1,900 unused credits that I had already paid for were taken from my account. I contacted customer support, hoping they would restore those credits or offer some type of reimbursement, but they refused. Instead, I was told that their policy does not allow monthly subscription credits to roll over.
What makes this even more confusing is that purchased credits do roll over, while unused monthly subscription credits do not. That distinction simply doesn’t make sense to me. If credits you purchase separately can carry over, it’s difficult to understand why credits included in a paid monthly subscription are treated differently.
This experience has honestly made me question whether I want to continue using their service. I wasn’t aware of this policy, and I don’t recall it ever being clearly communicated to me.
My advice is simple: stay on top of your account and make sure you use all of your monthly credits before your renewal date, or you will lose them. In my case, that meant losing 1,900 credits with no reimbursement or attempt by the company to make things right.
Another frustrating aspect is that AI-generated results don’t always match your prompts or produce usable images. Even when the output is poor or unusable, you still lose credits, and in my experience, those credits are not reimbursed.
I’m not writing this to rant or attack the company. I’m sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions and avoid being caught off guard the way I was. If you’re paying for a monthly subscription, don’t assume your unused credits will roll over—they won’t. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid losing the amount of credits that I did.

We understand the confusion around the two types of credits, so let us walk through how they work. Purchased package credits, on the other hand, are bought separately from the subscription and stay active for 90 days from the date of purchase, which is why the two behave differently. When both are on an account, subscription credits are always used first, and package credits are drawn on afterward.
We'd also like to clarify one point on generations: when a generation technically fails, the credits for it are refunded automatically. A generation that completes but doesn't quite match what you had in mind does use credits, and there, results often come down to the prompt and the model chosen, so there's usually room to sharpen the output with a few adjustments.
On knowing all of this upfront, the FAQ section on our Pricing page explains how credits behave, and the full details are also set out in our Terms of Use Agreement, both are good reference points so nothing catches you off guard down the line.

Total waste of money and terrible support — Avoid Higgsfield!
I paid for the Plus plan and only got a few days of normal service. For the last 2 weeks up until now, the platform has been completely broken for me. I cannot use a single tool that I paid for: I can’t upload images for editing, and I can’t generate anything via prompts in Nano Banana.I spent these 2 weeks trying every possible troubleshooting step on my end to get it working again, but nothing helped. When I contacted customer support, their only advice was to "press F5 to refresh the page." They simply do not care that the service is completely unusable for paying customers and refuse to take any responsibility.There are plenty of more reliable companies out there that actually care about their users and provide working generation tools. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Higgsfield. Save your time and money!

My Initial Experience. Not bad, but could be bettter
I think that your interface is really confusing. It's really hard to work within your apparatus to try to figure out intuitively what you need to do in order to achieve something. There needs to be a cleaner and more simplified view of how to accomplish things.
I think it feels as though you've gone for overwhelming the user with as many options as possible to make the product seem worth it, but sometimes it feels like it's done the reverse. That being said, the things that I wanted to achieve were doable, and I was able to work with the results. I do wish that it was just easier to understand how to navigate your way around the site. It's just a little bit overwhelming. There doesn't seem to be a clean, through path for how to do things, but connecting with Claude up to Higgsfield and kind of using Claude to do it simplified the matter. With that abstraction, it would be better to go straight to Higgsfield and try to understand how to work with it.
