The telescopic aluminium pole is excellent quality and delivery was prompt. Came with free soap dispenser which sprung a leak after about half an hour. Can see why it was free.

Fast delivery to ireland exactly what I wanted

Really that's good and trusted one and fast at delivery.

Two aspects disappointed me. The first is the brass valve which is a 'slack' fit in the water connector even when using the prescribed Gardena item. A slight knock can dislodge it. The second is the soap dispenser which is inconsistent in its performance. Occasionally it will supply soap but often it doesn't - the soap container merely gets pressurised and the soap leaks out.

The pole itself is solid, though if working at distance and at an angle such as when cleaning solar panels I would have preferred the lighter carbon version.

I would love to be able to leave a honest and detailed review. However it is a bit difficult if it takes nearly two weeks for my items worth over £300 (one carbon pole) with accessories to arrive (UPS very poor 💩 service).

Bought a 42ft aluminium pole. Excellent quality equipment and very well made.
If I was buying again I probably would buy the carbon fibre version, purely for the weight.
The aluminium pole is not that heavy, it’s more the strain on arms and shoulders when not working directly overhead.
Not a criticism at all as I’m very pleased with the product.
My facia boards are now lovely and clean compared to pre-High Clean purchase.

Bought a basic 7.2m pole and brush for cleaning our solar panels and high level Velux windows. Found the instructions a bit difficult to follow but managed- first advice was check all parts but no guide to what parts were included. Have tried product and it’s doing its job. A bit worried about how to care for the thin hosepipe when storing and there’s no advice on this. Quick delivery.

I am delighted with the 7m kit. It is as light as you could wish for but sturdy enough to brush when fully extended.
The 5 sided brush is particularly good around the windows and under the gutters. I am so pleased I paid the extra for the carbon fibre poles.

Bought this product and it's absolutely useless. I had to tape it up with duck tape and use wires as it was coming undone on the joints as soon as you go on the roof another joint came undone. The part where you put liquid on it works for 30 seconds as it used all the liquid immediately and you have to filled in again so im not sure how you supposed to use it. The pole it only works with 3 to 4 m any longer it bends. I think this product its worth £30 not £ 300 what I paid

I highly recommend both the product and the company. I purchased a 24ft carbon fibre pole with a five-sided brush, and the support I received before and after the sale was outstanding. When a part failed, it was replaced immediately and without any hassle. Thank you, High Clean!

The product arrived well packaged and the quality is good.

Ordering is simple and delivery was amazingly quick. Everything arrived in good order and the online videos helped with assembly. The instructions are in several languages but disjointed, I would prefer all instructions in one language together rather than have a sentence on each page amoung all the other languages. The items all performed well with one exception. The free cleaner mixer is faulty as the screw in feed connection blows off once water pressure is applied. I checke dthe thread which does look damaged, it still screws back in but then simply blows off again. Not upto the standard of the rest of the equipment.

The pole and brushes work well on my windows, fascia’s, gutters and solar panels.

Not sure why there was a music stand in the package with the kit. My Granddaughter thought it was great as she is using it to hold her sheet music on her electric organ.

I bought the 12.8m Aluminium Telescopic system to clean my Solar Panels. Great product which works extremely well even at the full extension. The Angle Adaptor is well designed and essential when used at full length providing clearance for the rest of the poles and allowing sufficient downforce on the brush to ensure the panels are cleaned..... Instructions and user video great. Would recommend the product - and although it comes at a price it is great value as my panels are kept clean from Sahara Dust etc and it pays back quickly by avoiding the need for hiring a cleaner !

The web site was easy to use and find what I wanted. There descriptions were clear and understandable.
The item was dispatched quickly and arrived in the UK within 3 days. I very pleased with both the product and the company.

I ordered a High Clean product 10 days ago. I still have not received delivery. This is a poor performance from UPS and reflects badly on High-Clean.

Worst buy I ever made.First time to try it since purchasing.Pole weighs a tonne and can’t be manoeuvred from the ground.Flimsy head and a waste of time.
